In these years,with the further development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for their own health and quality of life has been greatly improved.At the same time,it has also brought a series of social problems,such as the doctor-patient relationship,which is one of them.The improvement of the dispute cases of the former doctor-patient relationship shows this point,and prison as a special government Management organization,its own medical institutions,its service object is prison inmates,so the doctor-patient dispute in prison hospital is inevitable.According to the investigation in the internal journal,the relationship between doctors and patients has a tense trend,and the incidence of medical disputes has gradually increased compared with that before,which not only hinders the normal operation of the hospital,but also indirectly has a negative impact on the society.By the end of 2019,the number of prisoners in various departments of prisons in China has reached 3.4 million.Therefore,the medical treatment of prisoners has become a hot topic for more and more people.It is estimated that nearly 100000 people receive medical treatment and treatment in provincial prison hospitals every year.On the other hand,the medical hardware equipment of prison hospital is quite scarce.In addition,as a relatively unpopular employment department,the staff attracted by prison hospital in these years are all national staff,who have passed the formal examination,but due to the small number of people who know,the audience is still limited.Compared with large public hospitals,the technical level of prison hospital is relatively poor,plus prison hospital The number of doctor-patient relationship in this field is increasing year by year because of the mode of management and managed.At present,the topic of doctor-patient relationship has always been a hot topic of research from all walks of life.Comparatively speaking,as for the social hospital doctor-patient relationship,there are endless news hot spots exposed by the news in recent years,and once it involves the reports of doctor-patient relationship disputes,the media often like to "add materials" to win the audience’s attention.Once it becomes a hot topic of public opinion,then scholars will discuss it Relatively in-depth,research materials in this area will be relatively sufficient.Prison hospital,as a special hospital,is still very different from general hospital.However,through literature search,relevant research in this area is generally insufficient.Taking a prison hospital in Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper establishes a learning model for it.Through the methods of public management learning,it conducts in-depth learning and exploration,and forms its own feelings for the relationship between doctors and patients.Through the establishment of the model,it summarizes different influencing factors,eliminates subjective ideas as much as possible,and puts forward its own countermeasures.In this paper,the concept of symbolic interaction,network theory and label theory are used as survey methods.The research method is the integration of questionnaire method and case interview method.The existing framework of the hospital is constructed.The distribution of influencing factors is integrated into the problem structure.Then the model is analyzed from different aspects.Then the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship are analyzed and summarized in three aspects In view of the three main influencing factors,this paper summarizes the reasons from three angles:Deepening the prison medical system,hospital management and public opinion transformation,and summarizes the corresponding countermeasures through the analysis of the causes.
