Objective: This topic intends to observe the difference between Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and Xiangsha Yangwei granule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia postprandial discomfort syndrome(PDS)of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type,and evaluate the curative effect and adverse reactions of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction in order to promote clinical application.Methods:In this study,104 patients who were treated in the outpatient department of Professor Feng Hardware of spleen and stomach department of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and met the inclusion requirements were selected and strictly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Shengyang Yiwei decoction,which was composed of Huangqi 30 g,Dangshen 15 g,Chaobaizhu 12 g,Baishao 9g,Huanglian 3g,Chaihu 12 g,Banxia 10 g,Zexie 12 g,Yunling 15 g,Fangfeng 9g,Qianghuo9 g,Duhuo 9g,Chenpi 15 g,Zhigancao 6g,Ginger 3g,Dazao 10 g.The control group was given Xiangsha Yangwei granule.Methods: the treatment group was treated with Mianjian granules,one dose a day,400 ml in boiling water,200 ml in half an hour after breakfast and dinner respectively.The control group was given Xiangsha Yangwei granules(5g / bag),one bag at a time,twice a day,half an hour after breakfast and dinner.Both groups took medicine for 4 weeks.Before and after taking medicine,all patients need routine examination,observation and statistical analysis of each single symptom and syndrome score.After treatment,they were followed up for 2 months,and their curative effect and recurrence rate were evaluated in time,in order to evaluate the clinical treatment effect of the trial drug.Results:(1)Overall efficacy comparison of TCM syndromes(rank sum test): the effective rate of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction group was 87.5%,and that of Xiangsha Yangwei granule group was 70.8%,with statistical analysis P < 0.01,and the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that Shengyang Yiwei decoction has better effect in the treatment of PDS of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation type.(2)TCM syndrome total score comparison(t test): before taking medicine,the two groups compared P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,with comparable value;after taking medicine,the two groups compared P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that in improving the syndrome,Shengyang Yiwei decoction is better than Xiangsha Yangwei granule.Compared with before and after treatment,P < 0.01,suggesting that the two groups of drugs can improve the spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome of PDS.(3)Single symptom comparison of traditional Chinese medicine(rank sum test):Shengyang Yiwei Decoction group was better than Xiangsha Yangwei granule(P < 0.05)in fatigue and weakness,pale complexion,less food and dullness(P < 0.05),and was significantly better than Xiangsha Yangwei granule(P < 0.01)in epigastric fullness or flatulence(P < 0.01),while the two groups had the same curative effect in loose stool and belching hiccup(P > 0.05).(4)Recurrence rate comparison(Fisher’s Exact Test): the recurrence rate of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction group was 7.69%,and that of Xiangsha Yangwei granule was 38.46%,and P < 0.05,suggesting that the long-term effect of Shengyang Yiwei decoction is better than Xiangsha Yangwei granule.(5)Safety comparison: no obvious adverse events occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Shengyang Yiwei decoction is superior to Xiangsha Yangwei granule in improving the clinical symptoms and reducing the recurrence rate in the treatment of PDS with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction,and it is safe and suitable for clinical application.
