University affiliated hospitals are an important part of public hospitals in China.As an important window for medical universities to serve the society,affiliated hospitals serve the nation’s health care and promote local and regional economic development through functions such as medical services,research,teaching,and production and development.It plays an irreplaceable and important role.With the rapid development of the market economy,the rapid transformation of the social structure,and the deepening reform of the health system,the occupational pressure of the medical staff of the affiliated hospitals of the Medical University is increasing.In-depth study of the occupational pressure and the influencing factors of the pressure of the medical staff of university hospitals to find effective countermeasures to relieve the pressure,help to protect the physical and mental health of medical staff,improve the hospital medical team stability,improve the level of medical services,and better People’s Health Service.Taking the medical staff of the Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University as the survey object,through the field visits,interviews,questionnaires,data analysis and the collection of relevant literature materials,etc.,the current status of work pressure,source of work stress,and self-resources ability of medical staff in China Medical University were studied.Research.The results show that the work pressure of medical staff in the affiliated hospitals of China Medical University is at a relatively high level.The increase in professional titles,the long working hours per week,the arduous tasks in teaching and research,the lack of understanding of mutual trust between doctors and patients,and the long-term commitment to night shifts are the main pressures of their work.source.In view of this,the proposal to improve the work pressure of medical staff in medical hospitals affiliated hospitals:to further strengthen the personnel training mechanism and talent echelon team building in medical universities,establish a scientific and long-term performance appraisal system,create a harmonious and win-win medical environment,and pay attention to the pressure management of workers,active and healthy team culture.
