Clinical Observation Of Sanzang Ointment Prescription In The Treatment Of Children With Cough Variant Asthma(Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:By observing the effect of sanzang ointment on treating spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of children with cough variant asthma and the recurrence rate after withdrawal,the clinical effect of sanzang ointment on children with cough variant asthma was objectively evaluated.Methods:Seventy children who met the clinical diagnostic criteria for children with cough variant asthma and the inclusion criteria for spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group took sanzang ointment;the control group took yupingfeng granules combined with huaiqihuang granules.Both groups took 8 consecutive weeks and recorded changes in clinical symptoms.After the treatment,they were followed up for another 40 weeks and recorded the recurrence rate.The main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the two groups of children were compared before and after,and the TCM syndrome scores were recorded,and The safety index was evaluated,and SPSS 21.0 was used to statistically analyze the treatment results.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the test group was 91.18%,The total effective rate of the control group was 78.79%,and the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the P values of the main symptoms of TCM in the two groups were all < 0.05,showing a significant difference,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving cough and fatigue.In children improve their respective disorder(cold,cold extremities,lumbar debility,poor appetite,shortness of breath and loose stools)in P values <0.05,there are significant difference,the treatment group is better than that of control group,in improving complexion shaohua,night urination(P>0.05),no statistical difference of two groups in improving complexion shaohua,night urination much.3.In the 40-week follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate of the twogroups was compared.The test group was significantly lower than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of sanzang ointment prescription on spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in children with cough variability asthma was better than that of yupingfeng granules combined with huaiqihuang granules.2.Sanzang ointment prescription is better than yupingfeng granules combined with huaiqihuang granules group in improving the cough,fatigue,cold limbs,soft waist and knee,shortness of breath,poor tolerance and loose stool in the spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome of pediatric cough variant asthma.3.In the aspect of nocturia more and complexion less hua,the treatment effect of the two groups is similar.4.Sanzang ointment prescription is better than yupingfeng granules combined with huaiqihuang granules group in reducing recurrence rate.
