Explore And Analyse The Professor Wang Dan's Medication Rules In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform

Objective:Through the retrospective study of the TCM clinical case of the tutor in the treatment of chronic renal failur,this paper analyzes the etiological and pathogenesis characteristics of chronic renal failure and the clinical characteristics of the tutor in the treatment of chronic renal failure;Explore and summarize the tutor's treatment rules and clinical experience of treating chronic renal failure;Provide effective ideas and methods for standardizing tradi-tional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic renal failure.Method:Consult and select complete outpatient cases of chronic renal failure treated by tutor clinic from June 2016 to October 2019;Collect and sort out the effective cases that meet the inclusion criteria,and input the items of name,sex,age,symptoms,tongue,pulse,primary disease,lab oratory examination,diagnosis,TCM syndrome type,treatment and medication into the "clinical collection" system;The application of "statistical report form" and "system analysis"module,sorting out the use frequency of traditional Chinese medicine in the relevant prescriptions used,the quality of flavor to the meridian,comm on drug pairs,core drugs,and automatically generate new prescriptions;The characteristics and rules of the mentor's clinical certificate were analyzed;The experience of the mentor was sorted out and summarized.ResultsA total of 247 valid cases were collected this subject,of which 13 1 were males and 116 were females.The highest was 87 years old and the lowest was 26 years old.The primary diseases were 68 cases of chronic glomerular disease,92 cases of diabetic nephropathy,57 cases of hypertensive nephropathy,19 cases of uric acid nephropathy,2 cases of obesity-related nephropathy,and 9 cases of other diseases.TCM syndrome type,belongs to spleen and kidney deficiency syndro-me 152 cases,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome 51 cases,yin and yang deficiency syndrome 44 cases,belong to blood stasis synd-rome 23 9 cases,dampness and heat turbid toxin syndrome 247 cases.2.Cases involved a total of 233 single-flavor Chinese medicine,of which the frequency of single-flavor Chinese medicine use was:Dangshen 283,Dahuang 279,Huangqi 275,Dihuang 272,Baizhu 272,Baihuasheshecao 259,Danshen 230,Duzhong 226,Shanyao 224,Fuling 22 1.3.Frequency of use of single traditional Chinese medicine:cold medicine 2916 times,warm medicine 2873 times,plain medicine 19 84 times,cool medicine 279 times,hot medicine 49 time;sweet medicine 4966 times,bitter medicine 3 93 5 times,spicy medicine 197 0 times,sour medicine 905 times,astringent medicine 3 3 2 times,salty medicine 27 6 times;There were 3953 liver meridians,3639 spleen meridians,3 13 5 kidney meridians,3069 lung meridians,2858 stomach meridians,20 1 3 heart meridians,1207 large intestine meridians,653 bladder meridians,634 small intestine meridians,and 5 52 pericardial meridians.4.Common drug pair:Dangshen and Huangqi,Dangshen and Dan-shen,Dangshen and Dahuang,Baihuasheshecao and Dahuang,Baihua-sheshecao and Gancao,Xiangyuan and Foshou,etc.5.New formula combinationsPrescription1:Zhuru,Huangqi,Banxia,Shudihuang,Shanzhuyu,Zexie,Shanyao;Prescription2:Xiaohuixiang,Bianxu,Guizhi,Gualou,Xiebai;Prescriptions:Dij incao,Dongguapi,Gualoupi,Sigualuo;Prescription4:Fulingpi,Dafupi,Sangbaipi,Shanzhuyu,Zexie,Fuling;Prescriptions:Yuanzhi,Shichangpu,Suanzaoren,Fushen,Tianma,Sangjisheng,Shouwuteng.Conclusions1.Chronic renal failure belongs to the syndrome of deficiency,excess and deficiency,which are characterized by deficiency of the spleen and kidney,dampness,heat and stasis.2.In the treatment of chronic renal failure,the tutor took the principle of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the kidney,promoting dampness and turbidity,detoxification and promoting blood circulation as the main treatment,Good use of Dangshen,Huangqi,Baizhu,Shanyao,Duzhong and other products to strengthen the spleen and kidney;Good use of Dahuang,Baihuasheshecao,Danshen,Fuling,Zexie and other products to eliminate dampness,turbidity,detoxification and blood circulation.3.Tutor in the treatment of chronic kidney failure is good at the use of traditional Chinese medicine medicine to,fuzhengdispelling evil,to increase the effect of reducing poison,good at the use of the separation and drainage method,so that the wet turbidity evil separately and line,so that the disease evil forces alone,such as beam drum.4.The New formula combinations are also consistent with the tutor's clinical treatment of chronic renal failure.It offers an effec-tive method for the clinical treatment of various complications of chronic renal failure.
