Clinical Observations On The Efficacy Of Bai He Tiao Lyu Tang(Lily Bulb Decoction For Spirit-quieting Purpose)in The Treatment Of Anxiety(with Qi-deficiency And Blood-stasis Syndrome)induced By Percutaneous Coronary Interventions(with Stent Implantation)

Objective:This study aims to elaborate on the clinical observations on the efficacy of Bai He Tiao Lyu Tang(Lily Bulb Decoction for Spirit-quieting Purpose)in the treatment of patients diagnosed with anxiety(with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome)induced by percutaneous coronary interventions(PCIs)with stent implantation,and so as to further provide new ideas for clinical treatment of anxiety induced by PCIs with stent implantation.Method:A total of 60 hospitalized patients in the First Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,who were diagnosed with anxiety(with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome)induced by percutaneous coronary interventions(PCIs)with stent implantation,were selected as subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.During the4-week course of treatment,all patients in the control group were given Deanxit(Flupentixol and Melitracen)tablets in additional to other orally administered conventional western medicines,while all patients in the treatment group were given orally administered decoctions of Bai He Tiao Lyu Tang(Lily Bulb Decoction for Spirit-quieting Purpose)in additional to all the medications given to the control group.All changes in the respective results of patients of these two group on the TCM Syndrome Score Scale(TCMSSS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)before and after administration of all required medications were further observed and recorded.Results:1.Changes in the results on the TCM Syndrome Score Scale(TCMSSS):the changes in the scores of both the treatment group and the control group were of remarkable statistical significance(P<0.001).The total effective rate for the treatment group after administration of medications was 86.67%,significantly higher than that for the control group after administration of allrequired medications,which was 73.33%.2.SAS:the difference in SAS scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.001).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was also statistically significant(P< 0.001).3.HAMA: scores between the two groups were statistically significant after drug administration(P<0.001).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was also statistically significan(P < 0.05).t The total effective rate for the treatment group after administration of medications was 90.00%,significantly higher than that for the control group after administration of all required medications,which was 76.67%.Conclusion:1.Decoction of Bai He Tiao Lyu Tang can effectively lower the scores of patients diagnosed with anxiety(with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome)induced by PCIs with stent implantation on the TCMSSS,and alleviate the clinical symptoms of such patients.2.Decoction of Bai He Tiao Lyu Tang can effectively lower the scores of patients diagnosed with anxiety(with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome)induced by PCIs with stent implantation on the SAS,HAMA,and improve clinical efficacy.
