Clinical Observation Of Ozonated Oil Combined With Simiao Yongan Decoction In Treating Gangrene Of Lower Limb Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ozonated oil combined with Simiao Yongan Decoction in the treatment of arteriosclerosis Obliterans of Lower Limb(Gangrene period),so as to provide basis and experience for its clinical treatment.Methods:42 patients with arteriosclerosis Obliterans of Lower Limb(Gangrene period)were randomly selected,among which 21 patients in the treatment group and 21 patients in the control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with basic treatment+external ozonated oil+Simiao Yongan Decoction.The patients in the control group were treated with basic treatment+EMBO.After 14 days of treatment,gangrene area,new tissue,exudate,pain and ABI,based on scores for assessment of therapeutic effect.SPSS 23.0 software was used for data processing.Results:1 After 14 days of treatment,the gangrene area,new tissue,exudate,pain and ABI scores in the two intra-groups were significantly improved before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.01),that is show that both ozonated oil and MEBO can treat gangrene.2 After 14 days of treatment,the gangrene area,new tissue,exudate,pain and ABI scores in the two Between groups were significantly improved before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicates that the ozonated oil than the MEBO in clinical efficacy.3 After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.48% > that of the control group was 71.43%,indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1 external ozonated oil+Simiao Yongan Decoction is effective in the treatment of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans of Lower Limb(Gangrene period).2 ozonated oil for external use can significantly improve wound,and noadverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
