Objective: Hydrosalpinx has adverse effects on pregnancy outcomes,so pretreatment before in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)is essential, including tubal ligation and salpingectomy. So this article is to investigate the effect of diffferent laparoscopic treatment for bilateral hydrosalpinx on ovarian reserve function and in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer IVF-ET outcomes. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed in 90 patients with bilateral hydrosalpinx admitted to Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January 2015 to March 2017.Laparoscopic bilateral salpingectomy and laparoscopic proximal tubal ligation and distal ostomy for patients with hydrosalpinx, among them group A underwent bilateral salpingectomy(23 cases)and group B underwent laparoscopic bilateral tubal proximal ligation distal ostomy(67 cases);the proximal laparoscopic ligation of the distal ostomy group was further divided into groups according to the site of ligationgroup, among them B1 included cases of tubal interstitial tubal ligation and distal ostomy(30 cases)and group B2 included cases of fallopian tube tubal ligation and distal ostomy(37 tubal ligation cases). The detection method used was chemiluminescence.AMH was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).At the same time, the outcomes of pregnancy were observed.Comparison of ovarian reserve function and IVF-ET pregnancy outcome in patients with hydrosalpinx after different laparoscopic treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),estradiol(E2),orfollicle stimulating hormone(FSH)/luteinizing hormone(LH)levels between groups A and B(P>0.05),but the LH level of group A was higher than that of group B[(5.59±1.90)U/L,(4.13±1.71)U/L ];this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the FSH level of group A was higher than that of group B[(6.36±1.50)U/L,(4.24±1.52)U/L];this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in reproductive outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in reproductive outcomes between groups B1 and B2(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with tubal ligation, salpingectomy can reduce ovarian reserve function to a certain extent;there is no significant difference in IVF-ET outcomes after tubal ligation at different locations, but both. Therefore, both surgical methods can be used as pretreatment before IVF-ET in patients with hydrosalpinx, and tubal ligation is better than salpingectomy in terms of ovarian reserve function.
