Objectives:Pure tone audiometry using pure tone audiometer to mask patients with ti nnitus combined with post-auricular acupuncture and psychological treatment,so that patients can adapt to receive tinnitus, and explore effective methods for clinical treatm ent of tinnitus,so as to correct the adverse psychological reactions and other accompa nying symptoms caused by tinnitus. Methods:Thirty patients with tinnitus who met the inclusion criteria were selected,Pu re tone and sound therapy combined with lidocaine and methylprednisolone group(gr oup A)10 cases, psychological counseling, pure tone and sound therapy combined wit h lidocaine and methylprednisolone group(group B)10 cases, psychological counseli ng 10 cases of combined pure tone treatment group(group C).After half a month of tr eatment, the efficacy of the three treatment methods was evaluated by audiological ex amination and tinnitus severity and efficacy evaluation scale. Results:Analysis of the differences in the four scale scores before and after treatment in the three groups of patients shows that in the analysis of the scale score data of the patients in group A,one patient was determined because of the differences in the scor es of the three scales and the scores were significantly reduced. The treatment was eff ective;analysis of the results of group B scale data. The differences in the results of th e three scales of the four patients were statistically significant and their scores were de creased to determine that the treatment of group B was effective.Although the anxiety self-rating scale was treated in the three treatment groups It was statistically significa nt before and after, but only two patients in group C had a significant decrease in anxi ety self-assessment scale, indicating that treatment in group C may relieve the sympto ms of anxiety caused by tinnitus.Analyze the differences between the scores of the fo ur scales in the three treatment groups. It can be seen that the anxiety self-assessment scale cannot be used as a standard for comparison between groups, and the other three scales are compared by pair-wise comparison. The differences between groups B,C a nd C were statistically significant.Based on the results of the above scale analysis,ac cording to the tinnitus curative effect evaluation standard, the three groups were compared to see whether there was any difference in the curative effect.Among them, acco rding to the formula for evaluating the total effectiveness of tinnitus, the effective rate of group A was 10%,group B was 40%,Group 0%,available for comparison between groups. The difference in treatment effect between patients in groups B and A,B and C is statistically significant.Psychological counseling, pure tone therapy combined wi th post-auricular injection of lidocaine and methylprednisolone The total effective rate of group(B)was better than that of pure tone treatment combined with post-auricular injection of lidocaine and methylprednisolone group(A)and psychological counselin g therapy combined with pure tone treatment(group C).Conclusions:The injection of lidocaine and methylprednisolone mixture behind the e ar is effective in the treatment of chronic idiopathic tinnitus.Psychotherapy is meanin gful for the treatment of tinnitus in patients.Using comprehensive treatment to treat id iopathic decompensated subjective tinnitus can significantly improve the quality of lif e of patients than a single treatment,so that patients can adapt to tinnitus without affec ting work and life.
