| Objective: To investigate the short-term efficacy and difference between sound combined drug therapy and drug therapy in patients with chronic subjective tinnitusMethods: Sixty-four patients with chronic tinnitus(>6 months)who visited Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December2021 were included and divided into sound combined with medication group(combined group)and medication group using a randomized control method,with 32 cases in each group.On the basis of tinnitus consultation,the drug group was given oral Ginkgo biloba extract tablets 80 mg three times a day,and the combined group was prescribed personalized multivariate compound sound therapy on the basis of drug therapy for one month customized tinnitus sound therapy.The tinnitus handicap inventory(THI),tinnitus severity visual analogue scale(VAS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the two groups were compared before and after one month of treatment.We compared the efficiency of tinnitus treatment between the two groups and analyzed the possible factors affecting the efficacy of tinnitus treatment.Results: The THI,VAS and SAS scores of the drug group and the combined group decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the difference between the THI and VAS scores of the combined group before and after treatment was greater than that of the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the difference between the SAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment was not statistically significantly different;the overall The difference in SAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment was not statistically significant,but the overall effectiveness of the combined group was higher than that of the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);gender,age,tinnitus frequency,tinnitus side,and whether the tinnitus sound matched the frequency band of hearing loss were not significantly corre... |
