Effects Of Different Interventions On Bladder Function Recovery In Patients With Urinary Retention After Stroke

ObjectiveThis thesis comparatively studied the influences of auricular acupoint pressing,abdominal moxibustion and two combined application on bladder function recovery in Patients with urinary retention after stroke,and to evaluate the effects of these two indicators on bladder function score,voiding score,voiding volume and curative effect,so as to find effective intervention methods for clinical nursing care,and promote patients with urinary retention after stroke.It can Provide experimental basis for recovery.MethodsA total of 160 patients with urinary retention after stroke in Department of Neurosurgery of a 3A hospital in Linyi,Shandong province in January 2018-2018 * were randomly divided into four groups: control group,auricular point pressing group,abdominal moxibustion group,auricular point pressing group combined with abdominal moxibustion group,40 cases in each group,the control group adopted comprehensive rehabilitation training method,and auricular point pressing group was treated by auricular point pressing method.The control group was treated with auricular acupoint pressing and pressing with-2018.In the abdominal moxibustion group,Shenque point was moxibustion,and in the ear point pressing bean combined with abdominal moxibustion group,Shenque point was moxibustion combined with ear point sticking pressing.The intervention methods were all implemented for two courses.The relevant data of bladder function score,voiding score,voiding volume and curative effect were recorded and observed by SPSS22.0 software.* tHe difference between four groups in the treatment of post stroke urinary retention was compared by one-way ANOVA and chi square test.Results1.bladder function score: before treatment,there was no statistical significance in bladder function of four groups of patients with stroke after stroke(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in bladder function score between four groups of patients with urinary retention(F=5.324,P=0.002,F=40.617 * *),and the bladder function score of the combined group was lower than that of abdominal moxibustion group,ear point pressure group and control group(P<0.05).There was no differencebetween the groups(P > 0.05).2.voiding score: before treatment,there was no significant difference in micturition scores between the four groups of patients with stroke after stroke(P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in micturition scores between the four groups of patients with urinary retention after stroke(F=31.258 * * *),showing that the combined group(abdominal moxibustion group < ear acupuncture group and control group(P<0.01))had significant difference in micturition scores of four groups of patients with urinary retention after stroke(F=4)(F=4),and there was significant difference between the four groups(P < 0.614,P = 0.004),which showed that the combination group < abdominal moxibustion group < auricular point pressing group < control group(P < 0.05).3.voiding volume: four groups of patients with stroke after stroke were initially intervened to the end of intervention.Compared with the other three groups,the combined group had the highest voiding volume(P<0.05),and the combined group *abdominal moxibustion group * ear acupuncture group and control group(P<0.01).4.efficacy: compared with the other three groups,the combined group was effective in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke,and the effective rate was 85%.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),sHowing tHe combination group * abdominal moxibustion group,ear point pressure group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.ear point beans and abdominal moxibustion can improve the voiding condition of patients with urinary retention after stroke.2.compared with the ear acupuncture and the moxibustion alone,the combined intervention has more definite effect on improving the bladder function of patients with urinary retention after stroke.
