90(SCL-90)to take a comprehensively comparison about the stress to the mental health of graduates with different behavior types. Results: 325 valid questionnaires were collected from 359 graduates, with the recovery rate was 90.53%.(1)The highest score of medical graduates of BSSI was 168,the lowest score of graduates of BSSI was 40,and the average score was 98.95(SD,32.89),reaching the diagnostic criteria for the existence of high stress. In terms of gender, the highest score of male medical graduates of BSSI was 166,the lowest score of male medical graduates of BSSI was 40,and the average score was 101.58(SD,34.18),the highest score of female medical graduates of BSSI was 168,the lowest score of male medical graduates of BSSI was 40,and the average score was 96.81(SD,31.76).The average score of male medical graduates of BSSI was higher than these of famales, but the difference has no statistically significant(P>0.05).According to the critical value 72 set by Beck, all graduates were divided into high pressure group and low pressure group. All the 9 factors of SCL-90 of medical college graduates in high pressure group were all higher than these of the graduates in low pressure group, and the differences in compulsion has statistically significant(P<0.05).The factors of SCL-90 in compulsion, interpersonal relationships and depression of medical college graduates in high pressure group factors of SCL-90 in compulsion of female medical college graduates were higher than 2 points, all reaching the diagnostic criteria for the existence of mental health problems.(3)In the detection of D type personality graduates,a total of 62 medical students with type A personality were detected among 325 medical college graduates, the detection rate of type A personality was 19.08%.In terms of with type A personality were lower than these of females, but all the differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05).The score in TH,CH and total score of TABP of male medical college graduates with non-type A personality were higher than these of females, but all the differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)The highest score of graduates with type A personality of BSSI was147,the lowest score of graduates with type A personality of BSSI was 49,and the average score was 102.24(SD,26.26).The highest score of graduates with type A personality of BSSI was168,the lowest score of graduates with non-type A personality of BSSI was 40,and the average score was 98.18(SD,34.26).The average score of medical college graduates with type A personality of BSSI were higher than these of graduates with type non-A personality, the differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of gender, the average score of male medical college graduates with type A personality of BSSI was 105.92(SD,26.67),which was higher than these of females 99.58(SD,26.26),the differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05).The average score of male medical college graduates with non-type A personality of BSSI was 100.74(SD,34.35),which was higher than these of females 96.13(SD,34.30),the differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05).(5)The scores of somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship and depression of SCL-90 of medical students with type A behavior were higher than those of non-type A behavior medical students, the scores of anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoid,psychosis-like symptoms and other of SCL-90 of medical students with type A behavior were lower than those of non-type A behavior medical students, but all the differences has no significant difference(P>0.05).In addition, the factor score of compulsion, interpersonal relationship and depression of medical college graduates with type A personality were all higher than 2 points, the factor score of compulsion of medical college graduates with non-type A personality were higher than 2 points, all reaching the diagnostic criteria for the existence of mental health problems. In terms of gender, all the 9 factor score of male medical college graduates with type A personality of SCL-90 were all higher than these of females, but all the differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05),all the 9 factor score of male medical college graduates with non-type A personality of SCL-90 were all higher than these of females, but all the differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05).In addition, the factor score of compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression and anxiety of male medical college graduates with type A personality of SCL-90 were all higher than 2 points, the factor score of compulsion, and interpersonal relationship of female medical college graduates with type A personality of SCL-90 were all higher than 2 points, the factor score of compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression and hostility of male medical college graduates with non-type A personality of SCL-90 were all higher than 2 points, the factor score of compulsion of female medical college graduates with non-type A personality of SCL-90 were all higher than 2 points, all reaching the diagnostic criteria for the existence of mental health problems.Combined with the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the mental health status of medical college graduates,it was found that there were no significant differences in mental health status among different genders, type A personality or not and different stress status.(6)In the detection of D type personality graduates,a total of 116 medical college graduates with type D personality were found in 325 medical college graduates, the detection rate of type D personality was 35.69%.The score in NA and SI scores of DS14 of medical college graduates with type D personality the average score of BSSI of medical college graduates with non-type D personality were 97.20(SD,33.17),the average score of BSSI of medical college graduates with type D personality were higher than these of medical college graduates with non-type D personality, but the difference has no statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of gender, the average score of BSSI of male medical college graduates with type D personality were 105.94(SD,32.25),which was higher than the females 99.23(SD,32.26),but the differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05).The average score of BSSI of male medical college graduates with non-type D personality were 99.39(SD,33.21),which was higher than the females 95.44(SD,33.23),but the differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05).(8)In terms of mental health, the 9 factor score of SCL-90 of medical college graduates with type D personality were all higher than 2 points, all higher than these of medical college graduates with non-type D personality, and all the differences has statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of gender, the 9 factor of SCL-90 of male medical college graduates with type D personality were all higher tan these of females, and the differences in somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility, fear and paranoid has statistically significant(P<0.05).The factor score in somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, anxiety, hostility, fear, paranoid and psychosis-like symptoms of SCL-90 of male medical college graduates with non-type D personality were all lower than these of females, and the factor score in depression of SCL-90 of male medical college graduates with non-type D personality were higher than these of females, but all the differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05).In addition, all the factor score of male medical college graduates with type D personality of SCL-90 were all higher than 2 points, the factor score of compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression and hostility of female medical college graduates with non-type D personality of SCL-90 were all higher than 2 points, all reaching the diagnostic criteria for the existence of mental health problems.Combined with the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the mental health status of medical college graduates,it was found that it whether type D personality or not was the main factor affecting the mental health status of medical college graduates, and there were significant differences between the mental health scores of medical graduates with type D personality(SCL-90)and non-D personality(SCL-90).Conclusion: All medical college graduates are under great pressure, and the mental health status was generally poor. There were no significant differences in mental health status between medical graduates with type A personality and non-type A personality, medical graduates with type A personality and non-type A personality under different stress states,or medical graduates with type A personality and non-type a personality with of different gender. There were significant differences in mental health status between medical graduates with type D personality and non-type D personality, there were no significant differences in mental health status between medical graduates with type D personality and non-type D personality under different stress states, there were significant differences in mental health status between medical graduates with type D personality of different gender, and there were no significant differences in mental health status between medical graduates with non-type D personality of different gender.
