| Research Purpose:The objective of this study are to investigate the status of discharged patients’ quality of recovery undergoing ambulatory surgery laparoscopic cholecystectomy, analyze its influence factors, which can help clinical medical staff for these patients provides some references in the continue nursing after discharge in the future.Research Methods:1.This study use the convenient sampling method 228 patients of ambulatory surgery laparoscopic cholecystectomy form a tertiary hospital in ZheJiang province were recruited into this study.Tools of this study including:general data questionnaire,Quality of Recovery-15 Questionnaire(QOR-15),readiness for hospital discharge scale(RHDA),medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ),Family APGAR index(APGAR).QOR-15 were collected on the 1st,7th,14 th days after the patient discharged, general data questionnaire,MCMQ and APGAR were collected during the patients’ hospitalization, and RHDA was collected after the nurse conducted health education on patients.2.We used Excel to sort out the data and set up the database.SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Descriptive statistics analysis method is used to describe the data, repeated measures of anova were used to analyze the time trend of ambulatory surgery laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients’ recovery quality.Univariate anova,independent-samples T test, pearson correlation and multivariate stepwise regression analysis are used to analysis the factors influencing discharged patients’ quality of recovery undergoing ambulatory surgery laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Research Results:1.The recovery quality score of the patients with ambulatory surgery laparoscopic cholecystectomy was(105.64±5.41)on the first day after discharge,(119.02±5.36)on the seventh day after discharge,and(127.89±4.64)on the 14 th day after discharge.Repeated measures of anova showed patients’ recovery quality was on rise, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).2.The score of discharge for hospital readiness of patients undergoing ambulatory surgery laparoscopic cholecystectomy was(90.11±4.56).medical coping style:confronce(20.13±3.08),medical coping style:avoidance(11.33±2.31),medical coping style :resignation(5.79±1.04).The score of family APGAR index was(7.86±1.49).3.The single factor analysis showed that the quality of recovery after discharge of patients with ambulatory surgery laparoscopic cholecystectomy was correlated with age, course of disease, length of experience of the surgeon, operation time, educational level, family residence, living status, medical payment method, family per capita monthly income, occupation type and history of complicated diseases.4.The correlation analysis showed the discharge for hospital readiness(r=0.691,P<0.001),personal status(r=0.628,P<0.001),adaptability(r=0.563,P<0.001),predictive support(r=0.577,P<0.001),medical coping style:confronce(r=0.405,P<0.001),family APGAR index(r=0.710,P<0.001),and good family function(r=0.604,P<0.001)was positively correlated with the recovery quality of patients after discharge;medical coping style : Avoidance(r=0.273,P<0.001)and moderate family dysfunction(r=0.248,P<0.001)were negatively correlated with the quality of recovery after discharge.5.Multiple regression analysis showed that age, operation time, discharge for hospital readiness, family APGAR index, medical coping style:avoidance, combined disease history and family per capita monthly income entered the regression equation.Research Conclusion:1.The quality of recovery on the first day after discharge was moderate, the quality of recovery on the seventh day was moderate, and the quality of recovery on the fourteenth day was good.Pain was the problem on the first day after discharge, and self-care ability was the main problem on the first day,the seventh day and the fourteenth day after discharge.2.The age, operation time, readiness for hospital discharge, family APGAR index, medical coping style:avoidance, combined disease history and family per capita monthly income of patients undergoing ambulatory surgery laparoscopic cholecystectomy were the main factors affecting the recovery quality of after discharge. |
