| Objective: To evaluate the prevalence and analyze the influence factors of primary dysmenorrhea among rural women of childbearing age in Fuyang,Anhui province.To provide conceptual ideas for the prevention and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of rural women of childbearing age.Methods: In this study,Fuyang city,Anhui province was used as the research site,and stratified cluster sampling method was adopted to select 8 survey spots in Fuyang.A self-designed primary dysmenorrhea questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of primary dysmenorrhea of rural women of childbearing age including,living habit,the history of gestation and diseases,menstruation-related factors,and to analyse correlated factors of primary dysmenorrhea.Results: Total of 14,828 qualified questionnaires were received.The age was between 18-45 years old with an average age of(24.29±3.41)years old.2,950 had primary dysmenorrhea with a prevalence of 19.9% detection rate.The number of mild and severe primary dysmenorrhea were 2,773 and 177.Single factor analysis of primary dysmenorrhea: comparative analysis of primary dysmenorrhea group and non dysmenorrheal group found that there was a correlation between primary dysmenorrhea and a series of factors,including nationality,level of education,body mass index,anorexia meat and eggs,anorexia vegetables,passive smoking,drinking,living or working stress,financial stress,hypertension,age at menarche,regular menstruation,menstrual period and menstrual volume.Single factor analysis of the degree of dysmenorrhoea: comparative analysis of mild and severe primary dysmenorrhea found that the degree of primary dysmenorrhea was correlated to smoking,passive smoking,drinking,living or working stress,financial stress,regular menstruation and menstrual volume.Multivariate logistic regression analysis: the results showed that the occurrence of primary dysmenorrhea was correlated to nationality,level of education,anorexia meat and eggs(OR=2.108,95%CI: 1.594-2.787),passive smoking,drinking(OR=1.974,95%CI: 1.457-2.673),living or working stress,financial stress,hypertension(OR=1.365,95%CI: 1.081-1.723),age at menarche,irregular menstruation(OR=1.858,95%CI: 1.586-2.177),menstrual period,menstrual volume and body mass index.And the degree of dysmenorrhoea was related to smoking(OR=6.798,95%CI: 1.231-37.539),living or working stress and menstrual volume.Conclusion: The prevalence of primary dysmenorrhea is 19.9% detection rate.The main correlated factors affecting primary dysmenorrhea are higher level of education,anorexia meat and eggs,passive smoking,drinking,living or working stress,financial stress,hypertension,older at menarche,irregular menstruation,longer menstrual period,much or less menstrual volume and low body mass index.While smoking and much or less menstrual volume are correlated factors for the degree of primary dysmenorrhea. |
