Objective:By investigating the dysmenorrhea of female students in some universities in south Fujian,to understand the relationship between primary dysmenorrhea and region,living habits,menstruation,stress,emotion and other factors,and to analyze the distribution of TCM syndromes to find out the pathogenesis and mechanism of the disease.Method:A self-made questionnaire and a randomized questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the occurrence of dysmenorrhea in some universities in south Fujian,and collect the data of grade,profession,place of origin,weight,menstruation,living habits,emotion,stress,family history of the disease,and the symptoms of Chinese medicine and tongue pulse data.The data was analyzed by frequency analysis,cluster analysis,rank sum test and composition ratio.Results:1.The distribution of TCM syndromes of 989 female college students with primary dysmenorrhea is as follows:310 cases of cold coagulation blood stasis syndrome,accounting for 31.34%(310/989);232 cases of cold coagulation blood stasis and spleen deficiency dampness syndrome,accounting for 23.46%(232/989);221 cases of qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome,accounting for 22.35%(221/989);108 cases of qi stagnation,blood stasis and spleen deficiency dampness syndrome,accounting for 10.92%(108/989);47 cases of kidney-Qi deficiency syndrome,accounting for 4.75%(47/989);42 cases of damp-heat syndrome,accounting for 4.25%(42/989);29 cases of qi and blood deficiency syndrome,accounting for 2.93%(29/989).2.Dysmenorrhea of 989 female college students in Southern Fujian is as follows:555 cases with mild dysmenorrhea,accounting for 56.12%(555/989);362 cases with moderate dysmenorrhea,accounting for 36.60%(362/989);72 cases with severe dysmenorrhea,accounting for 7.28%(72/989),Grade,profession,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and other factors are not related to the degree of dysmenorrhea;the dysmenorrhea degree of the female college students whose household registration place are the south Fujian and other parts of the rest of the south is higher than the girls whose household registration place is the northern region;menarche age less than 11 years old,irregular diet,preference for cold and spicy diet,poor sleep quality,lack of exercise and bad mood are the risk factors of dysmenorrhea.Conclusion:1.Cold coagulation blood stasis syndrome and qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome are the mainly syndromes of dysmenorrhea among female college students in south Fujian area,and they mostly include spleen deficiency dampness syndrome;darmp-heat syndrome,kidney-Qi deficiency syndrome and qi and blood deficiency syndrome accounting for a small proportion.2.The dysmenorrhea of female college students in south Fujian area is mainly mild dysmenorrhea.The degree of dysmenorrhea has nothing to do with grade,profession,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and so on,but related to the household registration,age of menarche,eating habits,diet preference,quality of sleep,exercise habits,stress and emotion.
