| The pathological mechanism of TBI is complex,and there is still no effective treatment in the world.Non-invasive transcranial ultrasound stimulation can regulate neural activity in the brain,and baicalin,the active ingredient in scutellaria baicalensis,a traditional Chinese medicine,is also effective in treating brain injury.Therefore,this study innovatively combined transcranial ultrasound stimulation with baicalin to conduct an experimental study on the recovery effect of tbi,and then applied functional magnetic resonance imaging and brain tissue biopsy technology to evaluate the recovery effect of Traumatic brain injury.For the establishment of tbi model,Fneeny free-fall method was used to make 80 SD rat models,which were randomly divided into 4 groups.They were trauma group,transcranial ultrasound stimulation group,baicalin group,and transcranial ultrasound combined with baicalin group.Another 10 normal rats were selected as the blank control group.The 5 groups were treated for 10 days respectively,and the recovery was observed.Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fmri)was used to examine the recovery of rats in each group,In this study,5 groups of rats were subjected to magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging and magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging at 3h,24 h,3days,7 days and 10 days after surgery.ADC value and FA value were used to quantitatively reflect the degree of brain tissue edema and nerve fiber damage.By comparing the data,it was found that the treatment method of transcranial ultrasound combined with baicalin could effectively reduce the peak value of ADC to 0.832±0.058 and stabilize to 0.749±0.030 after the end of the 10-day treatment cycle.This suggests that the combined treatment can effectively reduce post-traumatic brain edema.At the same time,the FA value can be inhibited to reduce by 0.379±0.012.At 3h,24 h,3d,7d and 10 d after the operation,two rats in each group were randomly selected to make brain tissue sections for H.E staining and Nissl staining,and the images were taken for observation under the light microscope.After H.E staining,it was found that the cell morphology of the group of transcranial ultrasound combined with baicalin was more plump and more numerous.The cell count of the images collected after Nissl staining showed that the nissl bodies loss rate was lower in the combined group,which confirmed that the neurons in the traumatic area were more functional after the treatment with this method.In this paper,research work on the pathological changes after traumatic brain injury put forward new treatments,combine modern medical technology and traditional medical method,combine physical treatment with chemical treatment,from two angles of imaging and pathological evaluation recovery effect,verify its feasibility and provide the basis for the research and application of clinical medicine. |
