| OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decocti on on the occurrence time,duration and electrocardiogram of arrhythmia in rats with tachyarrhythmia model,the serum EDLF content in rats,and the activity of Na+-k+-ATPase in myocardial tissue of rats,and to explor e its possible prevention and treatment of tachyarrhythmia Mechanism o f action.METHODS:The rat model of tachyarrhythmia was replicated by intravenous inj ection of adrenaline,and the rats were randomly divided into blank cont rol group,model control group,bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decocti on group,and amiodarone group.Duration and changes in electrocardiogra m,and ELISA method was used to determine the serum EDLF content of the rats,and the phosphorus determination method was used to deter mine the activity of Na+-k+-ATPase in the myocardium of each group.RESUILTS:1.The effect of bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decoction on the phase of rat electrocardiogram:(1)Time of rat arrhythmia:Compared with the model control group,the time of arrhythmia in the bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decoction g roup and the amiodarone group is prolonged,which is statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the amiodarone group in the bupleurum cassia twi g keel oyster decoction group Significant difference(P>0.05).(2)Duration of arrhythmia in rats:Compared with the model contr ol group,the duration of arrhythmia in the bupleurum cassia twig keel o yster decoction group and the demimondaine group was shortened,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the amiodarone grou p in the bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decoction group Significant difference(P>0.05).2.The effect of bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decoction on the serum EDLF content of rats:Compared with the blank group,the serum EDLF content of the model group increased,the difference was statistica lly significant(P<0.05),compared with the model group,the bupleurum ca ssia twig keel oyster decoction group and the demimondaine group Seru m EDLF content decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the demimondaine group,the serum EDLF content o f the bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decoction group rised,the differ ence was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The effect of bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decoction on the activity of Na+-k+-ATPase in rat myocardial tissue:compared with the b lank group,the activity of Na+-k+-ATPase in myocardial tissue of the m odel group decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the model group Compared with the bupleurum cassi a twig keel oyster decoction group and the amiodarone group,the Na+-k+-ATPase activity of the myocardial tissue increased,and the difference w as statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the amiodarone group,t he Na+-k+-ATPase activity of the bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster dec oction group redused,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:1.Bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decoction can delay the appear ance time and shorten the duration of arrhythmia in rats with tachyarrh ythmia,indicating that bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decoction can i nhibit the occurrence of arrhythmia.2.Bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decoction can reduce the seru m EDLF content in the rat model of tachyarrhythmia and inhibit the se If-regulation of myocardial cells,which may be one of its mechanisms o f prevention and treatment of tachyarrhythmia.3.Bupleurum cassia twig keel oyster decoction can increase the con tent of Na+-k+-ATPase in the myocardium of rats with tachyarrhythmia model and improve the conductivity of myocardial cells,which may be o ne of its mechanisms of prevention and treatment of tachyarrhythmia. |
