Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Bupleurum plus keeling decoction in treating children with tic disorder, and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Chaihu plus keel Muxing decoction in treating children with tic disorder. Methods The 80 cases of children with tic disorder were randomly divided into treatment group(children with tic disorder were randomly divided into treatment group(Bupleurum plus keel Peony decoction)40 cases and control group(thiopride hydrochloride)40 cases. The two groups were treated for 12 weeks, and the curative effect was compared at 6 and 12 weeks.Efficacy was evaluated by Yale tic severity scale(YGTSS)and TCM syndrome score. Results 1 Before treatment, there was no significant difference in age, sex, course of disease and YGTSS scale score between the two groups(P > 0.05),After 6 weeks of treatment, the YGTSS score of the treated group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),After 12 weeks of treatment, the YGTSS score of the treated group was the same as that of the control group, and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).2 The effective rate of the two groups was 90% in the treatment group and 89.5% in the control group. The difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3 There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving children’s motor twitching(P > 0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of vocal tic(P > 0.05);There was no significant difference in the types, frequency, intensity, complexity and interference of the two groups(P > 0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in type, frequency, intensity and complexity(P > 0.05).4 In improving TCM symptoms, the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly after 6 weeks difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),After 12 weeks of treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5 There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of 6weeks to improve the red and red eyes of both groups(P > 0.05),The treatment group was better than the control group in improving vertigo, headache, chest and flank distention, bitter mouth drink, pharynx red, stool dry knot, short red urine, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),The treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions 1 The therapeutic effect of Chaihu plus keel Mucai decoction in treating children with tic disorder Qi depression and fire type is similar to that of thiopride hydrochloride.2 Bupleurum Bupleurum plus keel Muxiang decoction is superior to thiopride hydrochloride in improving vocal tic interference of YGTSS score.3 The effect of Chaihu jialonggumuli decoction is better than tiopride hydrochloride in improving TCM syndrome integral and various concurrent syndromes.Figure 0;Table 18;Reference 122.
