| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Panax notoginseng red ginseng powder on coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(heart blood stasis syndrome).Methods: In this study,60 patients with stable angina pectoris(cardiac blood stasis syndrome)with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group according to the digital table method.The selected cases were from March 2019 to November 2019 The patients in the outpatient department of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was given Sanqi Red Ginseng powder for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Observe the changes of TCM symptom score,angina pectoris symptom score,electrocardiogram curative effect and nitroglycerin cessation rate before and after treatment.Results: 1.Angina symptom scores: Angina symptoms were improved between the two groups before and after treatment,which was statistically significant(P <0.01);after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference betw een the treatment group and the control group(P <0.01).2.TCM syndrome points: The TCM syndrome points of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly reduced,with statistical significance(P <0.01);after treatment,the treatment group and the control group had a statistically significant decrease in TCM syndrome points(P < 0.05).3.Nitroglycerin cessation rate: There was a statistically significant decrease in the nitroglycerin cessation rate between the two groups before and after treatment(P <0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).4.The improvement effect of electrocardiogram: before and after treatment,the two groups have statistical significance on the improvement of ischemic electrocardiogram(P <0.05);after treatment,the treatment group and the control group have a statistically significant improvement on ischemic electrocardiogram(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.Sanqi red ginseng powder combined with basic treatment can relieve angina pectoris symptoms in patients with stable angina pectoris(heart blood stasis syndrome)of coronary heart disease,the treatment group is superior to the control group;2.Sanqi red ginseng powder combined with basic treatment can reduce the TCM symptom score of patients with stable angina pectoris(cardiovascular stasis syndrome)of coronary heart disease and improve the TCM syndrome of patients.The treatment group is better than the control group;3.Panax notoginseng red ginseng powder combined with basic treatment can effectively increase the rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal in patients with stable angina pectoris(cardiac blood stasis syndrome)of coronary heart disease,and the treatment group is better than the control group;4.Panax notoginseng red ginseng powder combined with basic treatment can reduce the ischemic electrocardiogram of patients with stable angina pectoris(cardiovascular stasis syndrome)of coronary heart disease,and the treatment group is superior to the control group. |
