| Objective:To study the clinical effect of Tongcao S anren Decoction on adolescent acneMethods:From January 2018 to December 2018,84 adolescent acne patients(gastrointestinal damp heat type)were selected from the pediatric outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,42 patients in each group,2 patients in the experimental group,4 patients in the control group,78 patients in the final completion,40 patients in the experimental group and 3 8 patients in the control group.The experimental group was given tongue grass and three Ren Decoction plus Clindamycin Phosphate Gel for external use,while the control group was given Xiao CuO pill plus Clindamycin Phosphate Gel for external use.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Record and count the total score of TCM symptoms,the score of TCM primary and secondary symptoms,and the overall clinical efficacy before and after treatmentResults:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 95% in the experimental group and 73.68%in the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(2)The experimental group was better than the control group in improving the facial,chest and back skin rash,facial flush,dry mouth and halitosis,short and red urination and sticky stool(P<0.05);(3)The recurrence rate of the control group was 26.32%,and that of the test group was 7.50%.The difference between the two groups was significant,χ2=4.927,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The recurrence rate of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control groupConclusion:(1)The tongue grass sanren soup has a good clinical effect on acne(gastrointestinal hot type);(2)Tongue grass sanren soup can improve acne(gastrointestinal hot)adolescent patients face chest rash,face red,dry mouth bad breath,urine short red,stool secret knot;(3)Tongue grass sanren soup can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of acne in teenagers. |
