Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Point Injection Of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection Combined With Semiconductor Laser In The Treatment Of Chondromalacia Patellae

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza point injection combined semiconductor laser treatment of chondromalacia patellae to explore relieve pain,an effective method for the protection of joint function and to articular cartilage degeneration delay.Method:The diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,the selected 60 patients with chondromalacia patellae were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.treatment group and control group,each group of 30 people.Salvia calf nasal treatment group Cave injection injection on each side,6ml,once every 5 days,the control group with sodium hyaluronate injections on each side of each calf nose Cave inj ection 2ml,once a week.Treatment group and control group were used in the red light after the inj ection of local irradiation treatment,the irradiation every 20 minutes while with conventional rehabilitation exercises.Four weeks a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses,observe the pain score and quality of life before and after treatment in both groups.Evaluation parameters include:a recording before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,8 weeks after treatment VAS score,the WOMAC score and Lequesne scoreResults:Before treatment,no significant difference(Z=-0.86,P=0.39>0.05)groups VAS score levels.At 4 weeks of treatment,no significant difference between the groups(Z=1.33,P=0.18>0.05)the same.8 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.12,P=0.03<0.05).Before treatment,no significant difference(Z=1.48,P=0.14>0.05)between treatment groups were WOMAC score group.4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group were significantly lower score(Z=2.28,P=0.023<0.05).8 weeks of treatment,the same treatment group were significantly lower score(Z=2.40,P=0.016<0.05).Before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,patients were Lequesne score.Before treatment,the treatment group was Lequesne score 5.87± 1.70,in the control group 6.23 ± 1.72,no two groups were significantly Lequesne score difference(Z=0.74,P=0.46>0.05)At 4 weeks of treatment,treatment and control groups scores were 2.77 ± 1.63 and 3.77 ± 1.61,there are significant differences between the groups(Z=2.26,P=0.023<0.05).8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group score was 2.20 ± 1.45,in the control group 3.13 ±1.66,the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.39,P=0.017<0.05).At the end of treatment,the cure rate was 73.3%,total efficiency 96.7%;control group was 46.7%,total efficiency 93.3%;the distribution of efficacy between the two groups,the Wilcoxon rank sum test show Z=-1.96,P=0.049,indicating that the two groups have a statistically significant effect of the distribution Conclusion:Salvia point injection semiconductor laser combined therapy can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,increasing blood flow to the synovium,synovial fluid circulation promoting effective,increasing cartilage matrix and water,slow speed of articular cartilage degeneration,extend normal life under mechanical state,there is a genuine effect on the treatment of chondromalacia patella.
