Clinical Observation Of Intra-articular Injection Of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection Combined With Intermediate Frequency Pulse Current In The Treatment Of Osteoarthritis Of Ankle Joint

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with medium frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of ankle osteoarthritis,and to seek a treatment method with effective,non-painful,economical.Method:In this study,60 patients with ankle osteoarthritis were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western Medicine.All of the patients were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases each.In the treatment group,Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with medium frequency electrotherapy was used.The control group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate injection combined with medium frequency electrotherapy.Analyze the information of the treatment of two groups patients with SPSS software.Result:1.VAS score comparison: comparison with in the two groups,there was a significant difference between the two group before and after treatment(P <0.01).After treatment,there was a difference between the treatment group and the control group(P< 0.05)。 The results showed that:Both can relieve pain.The treatment group was better than the control groups in improving VAS score.2.Kofoed score comparison: comparison with in the two groups,there was a difference between the two group before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).The results showed that:Both can improve ankle function.The treatment group was better than the control groups in improving Kofoed ankle function.It contains that:The treatment group was better than the control groups in relieving pain(P< 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control groups in improving ankle function(P< 0.05).The controlgroup was better than the treatment groups in improving range of motion of ankle(P< 0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy evaluation: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 76.7% and 70.00%respectively.After Chi-squared test,(P<0.05).The difference between the two was significant.The results showed that the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with medium frequency electrotherapy can relieve pain,improve the quality of life and ankle function of patients.2.Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with medium frequency electrotherapy is a effective,non-painful and economical method of treating ankle osteoarthritis.It is worthy of clinical application.
