Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Dementia Of The Effulgent Heart-liver Fire By Acupoint Of Head Combined With The Method Of Shu Acupuncture Of The Heart And Liver

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint of head combined with xingan meridional puncture in the treatment of xingan fire-flourishing senile dementia,so as to provide an effective new method for the clinical treatment of xingan fire-flourishing senile dementia Method:Using the random number table method,60 cases of patients with effulgent heart-liver fire dementia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.30 patients in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture,and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with head point combined with the method of shu acupuncture of the heart and liver.Each group was treated once a day for 6 days a week,the treatment lasted4 weeks.Before and after treatment,patients in each group were evaluated by MMSE,ADL and SDSD,to observe the changes of each scale before and after treatment.The scores of treatment group and control group were analyzed by statistical method.Results:1.In the MMSE score scale,the scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the score of the treatment group increased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In the ADL score scale,the scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the score of the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In the SDSD score scale,the scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the score of the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%.The total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The total effective rates of the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.It is effective to treat the effulgent heart-liver fire dementia by acupoint of head combined with the method of shu acupuncture of the heart and liver.2.The therapy of acupoint of head combined with the method of shu acupuncture of the heart and liver can improve the cognitive function and the ability of daily life,and it is better than the traditional acupuncture method.3.The therapy of acupoint of head combined with the method of shu acupuncture of the heart and liver can improve the TCM syndromes of patients,and it is better than the traditional acupuncture method.
