In recent years,the competition among medical institutions is more intense.Private medical institutions which carry more differentiated medical service needs have been vigorously developed,with the development of medical and health undertakings and the background of the state’s encouragement of social forces to participate in the management of medical services.People’s personalized medical needs continue to increase.The competition of medical institutions has changed from the competition of medical equipment and hospital environment to the competition of medical personnel.Medical personnel are the core resources of medical institutions.The development quality,development speed and competitiveness of medical institutions are inseparable from medical personnel.Incentive management of medical personnel is the core content of human resources management in medical institutions.How to do a good job in the management and how to encourage medical staff,how to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of medical staff,build a high-level medical staff,and improve the competitive advantage of hospitals are the issues that medical institutions have to think about in their development.Beijing HM Hospital is a private women and children’s hospital.It ever ranked the top three in terms of delivery volume,compared with the similar private women’s and children’s hospitals in Beijing.In the past two years,the emergence of a large number of similar hospitals in the Beijing market and the fierce market competition among medical institutions have caused the development of Beijing HM Hospital to encounter bottlenecks.HM Hospital comes across the problems such as low enthusiasm,low satisfaction,and high turnover rate of medical staff.As a result,the delivery volume of the hospital has plummeted ever since 2018.It is currently ranked after the top 10.In order to solve the practical problems of incentive management of medical staff in Beijing HM Hospital,this article uses questionnaire survey method,interview method and statistical data analysis method to analyze medical staff in Beijing HM Hospital,based on the motivation theory and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on medical staff motivation Conduct in-depth investigation and research.The research found that there are problems in the incentive management of HM hospital medical staff,mainly including the poor incentive effect of salary,the unreasonable performance evaluation system,the lack of employee training and continuing education incentives,and the neglect of employee career development.In order to solve the practical problems of the incentive management of medical staff in Beijing HM Hospital,this article combines the human resources management theory and the development status of HM Hospital,and proposes the incentive improvement strategies of medical staff in Beijing HM Hospital,including the establishment of a sound salary management system,the establishment of training incentive system,paying attention to the professional development of medical staff,strengthening hospital culture construction,and the establishment of a long-term incentive mechanism.The aim of the article is to solve the current development dilemma of Beijing HM Hospital,to improve the job satisfaction of HM medical staff,to improve the effect of hospital incentive management,so as to better attract medical staff,retain medical staff,and enhance the overall competitiveness of the hospital,which can contribute to lay the foundation for the sustainable development of HM Hospital.
