Objectives To understand the status and characteristics of cancer-related fatigue in patients after glioma surgery; To analyze the influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue in patients with gliomas after operation, and to provide the basis for taking countermeasures. Methods From November 2018 to January 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the patients who were hospitalized in Tangshan workers' hospital and Tangshan people's hospital. The survey contents include: general situation questionnaire(age, gender, character, residence, education level, occupation, marital status, medical expenses, family income, disease related information, etc.),piper fatigue self-assessment scale(PFS),anderson symptom assessment scale(MDASI-BT),hospital anxiety and depression Scale(HADS-A and HADS-D),social support rating scale(SSRS),the ascension Insomnia Scale(AIS).The investigation was carried out when the patient's vital signs were stable and the purpose of the study was explained to the patient. After the patient's informed consent, the patient filled in by himself according to the filling requirements. For patients unable to fill in the questionnaire due to various reasons, the researchers read the questionnaire to them and fill in the questionnaire according to the patients' opinions, without using suggestive language.Fill in the questionnaire on the spot and collect 198 valid questionnaires.Using Excel to establish database and SPSS23.0 to analyze the data.Independent sample t-test and variance analysis were used for single factor analysis.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between symptom burden, anxiety and depression, sleep disorder, social support and cancer-related fatigue. The significant variables in single factor analysis were used as independent variables, and the cancer-related fatigue of patients after glioma operation was divided into dependent variables for multiple linear regression analysis. The test level of P<0.05 was used. Results 1 Cancer-related fatigue status of patients after glioma surgery: the total score of cancer-related fatigue was(5.27±1.80),the behavioral score was(5.57±2.00),the emotional score was(5.31±2.12),the sensory score was(5.35±2.06),and the cognitive emotional score was(4.90±1.91),all of them were moderate fatigue.2 Single factor analysis of cancer-related fatigue in postoperative patients with gliomas:(1)the results showed that age, personality, education level, marital status, medical expenses, family income, disease location, disease stage, previous physical condition, knowledge, postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, postoperative complications were the influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)There was a positive correlation between cancer-related fatigue score and symptom intensity, symptom obsession, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There was a positive correlation between anxiety, depression, sleep disorder and cancer-related fatigue(P<0.05).(4)There was a negative correlation between social support and cancer-related fatigue(P<0.05).3 Multivariate analysis of cancer-related fatigue in patients with glioma after operation: older age, lower education level, poor marital status, brain disease location, high disease stage, poor previous physical condition, patients' knowledge, radiotherapy and chemotherapy after operation, high symptom intensity, high symptom disturbance, pain, sadness, weakness, poor mood, happy life Patients with decreased interest, anxiety and depression, and low social support have higher cancer-related fatigue. The above factors are the main influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue. Conclusions 1 The average score of cancer-related fatigue was(5.27±1.80).Among them, the moderate and severe fatigue accounted for 83.84%,the behavioral dimension of fatigue was more serious, and the cognitive/emotional dimension of fatigue was less.2 The influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue in postoperative patients with gliomas are age, education level, marital status, disease location, disease stage, previous physical condition, whether they know it,whether they know it or not, whether they have radiotherapy or chemotherapy, symptom intensity, symptom perplexity, pain, sadness, weakness, mood, life fun anxiety, depression and social support.Figure1;Table14;Reference 216...
