Objectives To investigate the combination of omentin, glucose, lipid, liver and kidney function with T2DM in patients with type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver(T2DM combined with NAFLD)The relationship between NAFLD,further analysis of the risk factors that affect T2DM combined with NAFLD,provide the corresponding clinical basis for the early detection and early diagnosis of T2DM combined with NAFLD,and formulate feasible prevention and treatment programs for the above factors affecting the occurrence of NAFLD.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,a total of 179 inpatients with type 2 diabetes were collected from the affiliated hospital of North China University of Technology,of which 98 cases were combined with NAFLD as the case group and 81 cases were not combined with NAFLD as the control group.Collect the basic situation, previous medical history, and course of diabetes of the research subjects, determine and calculate the related obesity indicators(including body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),waist-to-height ratio(WHt R));record the glucose metabolism-related indicators(including fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1c));record biochemical indicators(including liver and kidney function, blood lipids);determine omentin;calculate glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and visceral fat index(VAI);calculate the CT value of liver and spleen.Enter all data into an Excel table and establish a database, and use SPSS17.0 software to perform statistical analysis on the data. Results 1 The gender between the case group and the control group was tested by χ~2,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2 There was no significant difference in age, smoking, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,Hb A1 c,FPG,BUN,Cr,e GFR between the two groups by independent sample t test.3 Diabetes duration,BMI,WHR,WHt R,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,HDL,AST,ALT,GGT,UA,VAI,hematoma,CT value of liver and spleen were tested by independent samples between the two groups. The indicators are significantly different between the two groups.4 There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups whether there were macrovascular disease, microvascular disease and peripheral vascular disease in χ~2 test(P> 0.05).5 Whether the two groups were combined with peripheral neuropathy was tested by χ~2 test and the difference was significant(P<0.05).6 The independent sample t test showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with 1650ng/L as the exposure limit,<1650ng/L as exposure, and ≥1650ng/L as non-exposure.The results of chi-square test showed that those with reduced omentin levels had an increased risk of NAFLD by 8.7 times(P<0.05).7 The above statistically significant indicators were included as independent variables in the binary logistic regression analysis. The presence or absence of NAFLD was the dependent variable. The results showed that ommentin was still statistically significant(P<0.05)after excluding other interference factors It is associated with the occurrence of T2DM combined with NAFLD.When the omentin decreases, the risk of T2DM combined with NFALD increases. At the same time,it was also found that the course of diabetes,WHR,HOMA-IR,TC,VAI,CT value of liver and spleen, and peripheral neuropathy still have statistical significance, suggesting that the above indicators are still independent of the incidence of T2DM combined with NAFLD after excluding the influence of confounding factors Risk factors. Conclusions 1 Omentin levels are correlated with T2DM combined with NAFLD.2 Omentin levels are lower in patients with T2DM and NAFLD,and lower levels of omentin increase the risk of T2DM and NAFLD.Figure 0;Table 11;Reference 117.
