Study On Management Of Off-Site Medical Treatment In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Medical Insurance System Based On Collaborative Development

With the in-depth coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Bebei region,the population movement has become more frequent and the demand for medical treatment has also increased.At present,there are some problems in the management of off-site medical treatment in the Three region.Therefore,the focus of the thesis is how to solve the problem of achieving the same standard and treatment for patients from different places in three region and local insured patients,how to reduce the number of patients from different places in Hebei flooding into Beijing and Tianjin,and how to enable patients from different places to receive medical treatment in an orderly manner and receive high-quality and efficient services.The thesis mainly adopts literature research,comparison,case analysis,the study of long-distance medical management of the three region.The first two writing methods mainly introduce the policy of remote medical treatment management,such as related documents,procedures and medical treatment standards.The results obtained from the analysis of the current situation are as follows: non-uniform policies and standards for out-of-town medical insurance in the three region,problems of out-of-town medical treatment management and control,unsound out-of-town medical treatment management and service mechanism,and insufficient ability to monitor out-of-town medical treatment behavior in the three region.Then,the causes of out-of-town medical treatment management problems are analyzed.Finally the conclusion is: it is recommended that healthcare management synergy steadily three areas of long distance medical policy、perfecting the long-distance management service mechanism、the construction of longdistance medical joint investigation effective supervision and management mechanism、optimize the rational allocation of medical resources and draw lessons from the successful experience of domestic and international long-distance medical management,etc.,and Suggestions to consummate the three region of the health care medical management of foreign new way of thinking.Figure7;Table18;Reference 57...
