| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)dialectical as blood-heat bleeding,on the basis of taking traditional Chinese medicine decoction internally and using skin rash wash externally.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(Xuehuang powder + skin rash wash)and control group(Xuehuang powder),30 cases in each group, with the treatment time of 2 weeks. The patients were followed up in the first week and the fourth week after the treatment. The changes of main symptoms and secondary symptoms and the time of skin rash regression before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:(1)As for the efficacy, the total effective rate of the control group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%.After the test,it was found that P<0.05,so the treatment group was better than the other group in clinical efficacy.(2)With regard to the time of rash regression, the average time of the control group was 12.13±5.23 days, and the average time of the treatment group was 8.57±4.04 days. After the test,it was found that P<0.05,so the time of rash regression in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that in the control group.(3)As for the recurrence rate, the recurrence rate of the control group was 21.43%,and the other one was 10.35%.After the test,it was found that P>0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups, and it could not be considered that the recurrence rate of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group.(4)There were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion:On the basis of taking traditional Chinese medicine internally and using skin rash wash externally,it can effectively shorten the time of skin rash subside of children. In the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(syndrome of blood-heat bleeding),the clinical effect is accurate, and there is no adverse reactions. It is worthy of further promotion and application. |
