Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of binocular visual function in children with ametropia before and 1 and 3 months after orthokeratology wearing. Methods: A total of 30 cases of myopia(60 eyes)were selected.Orthokeratology was performed on selected patients.Their naked and corrected visual acuity,diopter,near-stereoscopic vision,Worth4 points, binocular convergence and adjustment functions were examined before wearing the orthokeratology,1 month and 3 months after orthokeratology operation. All the patients were observed and compared before wearing orthokeratology and for 1 month and 3 months after orthokeratology operation.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.,and P<0.05 was used as the statistical difference index.Results:1.There was no statistical significance in the comparison between near-stereoscopic binocular vision and Worth4 in patients with ametropia before the orthokeratology was worn,1 month after the orthokeratology was worn, and 3 months after the orthokeratology was worn.2.After 3 months of wearing the orthokeratology, distance and near deviation was more positive than before.3.After 3 months of wearing orthokeratology, the BO recovery point was improved compared with that before wearing theorthokeratology, and the BI rupture point was decreased compared with that before wearing the orthokeratology. The residual collection function was not statistically significant compared with the before.4.AMP in the right eye,AMP in the left eye and AMP in binocular eye decreased after wearing the orthokeratology for 3 months.5.The Accommodation facility of the right eye,the left eye and the binocular eye were improved after wearing the orthokeratology for 3 months. Conclusion:For myopic teenagers in the stage of vision development, correct wearing of orthokeratology for 3 months can significantly improve their corrected vision, and at the same time, the function of binocular assembly function and binocular adjustment function have been improved.Orthokeratology has positive significance for the improvement of binocular visual function of myopic patients. |
