Objectives In this study,a randomized controlled trial was performed to compare the pain and symptom scores of the neck-bearing deep-pricking group and the conventional acupuncture group before and after patients receiving intervention. The clinical effect of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is to optimize the specific operation of acupuncture at neck Bailao point to improve the therapeutic effect and provide a reference for clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods A randomized,single-blind trial was used to include 96 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy that met the case inclusion criteria.Randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method(neck Bailao deep sticking group and neck Bailao regular sticking group),48 people in each group. The deep acupuncture group has bilateral neck Bailao as the main points, with Wangu,Tianzhu,Fengchi,Jianjing,Jianliu,Quchi,Hegu,Houxi and Shenmai as matching points.Operation method: The needle was inserted perpendicularly to the skin at the neck of Bai Lao on both sides. After the skin was penetrated, the needle was deeply inserted 2 to 3 inches. The lifting and insertion technique was used to make the patient feel the needle radiating to the upper limb or slightly twitch the neck to the upper limb,With regular acupuncture points to relieve and relieve diarrhea. The acupuncture points in the conventional acupuncture group were the same as those in the deep acupuncture group. The method of operation was: neck acupuncture acupuncture is 0.5 to 1 inch.During the course of treatment, both groups were given electroacupuncture as adjuvant therapy, and left the needle for 20 minutes;3 times a week and 4 weeks,a total of 12 acupuncture treatments. The efficacy evaluation was conducted by means of patient reporting outcomes, with the NPQ neck pain scale as the main therapeutic index, and the VAS pain visual analog scale and ISI insomnia severity index scale as the secondary evaluation indexes. Before the treatment, the end of the first treatment, the end of the sixth treatment, and the end of the last treatment,a total of four evaluation time points were evaluated.Combined with cervical MRI and ultrasound under neck Bailao point to measure the distance from the skin to the posterior edge of the intervertebral foramen, find out the best acupuncture depth at which neck Bailao point can reach the maximum therapeutic effect within a safe range.Use SPSS22.0 to analyze the data statistically and draw conclusions. Results 1 Comparison of efficacy: The total effective rates of the deep acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group were 93.33% and 78.26% respectively after the treatment. The chi-square test(=4.22,P=0.04<0.05)between the two groups was statistically significant. It shows that the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different, the deep acupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture group.2 NPQ neck pain scale and VAS pain visual analog scale score comparison: the comparison results within the group(P<0.05)differences were statistically significant. It shows that after one, six, and twelve treatments, both groups have achieved efficacy, and the score after six treatments was better than the score after one treatment, and the score after twelve treatments was better than the score after six treatments, and the efficacy was progressively increasing.Differences in comparison results between groups(P<0.05)were statistically significant. It shows that after one, six, and twelve treatments, the effect of the deep acupuncture group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.3 ISI insomnia severity index scale comparison: the difference between the groups(P<0.05)was statistically significant, indicating that the sleep conditions of the two groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment;the comparison between the groups after the treatment was completed(P<0.05)The difference was statistically significant, indicating that the deep acupuncture group improved sleep better than the conventional acupuncture group.4 MRI and ultrasound measurements of neck neck Bailao point from the skin surface to the posterior edge of the intervertebral foramen: male: 4.88~7.30 cm female: 4.55~6.90 cm.Conclusions 1 Acupuncture at neck Bailao point for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can relieve the pain and numbness of the neck and upper limbs, improve the dysfunction and improve the quality of life.2 Deep acupuncture has obvious advantages over conventional methods in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, suggesting that the depth of acupuncture and manipulation were the key factors for effective treatment.3 In the experiment, there were 3 cured cases and 5completely ineffective cases.Among them, the cured person had obvious feeling of qi during treatment, and the invalid person had almost no feeling of qi during treatment. Some quantitative relationship still needs further study.4 Deep puncture of neck and neck labor for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has the advantages of safety, economy, quick effect and stable curative effect, and it was worthy of clinical popularization and application.Figure [eight];Table [nine];Reference [ ninety]...
