| Objective: By investigating the disease-related information of the inpatients with primary osteoporosis,to analyze the risk factors of primary osteoporosis,the distribution characteristics of syndrome types and syndrome elements,and the proportion and influencing factors of inpatient cost.so as to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary osteoporosis.The ultimate goals are to improve the clinical efficiency and reduce treatment cost.Method: Collecting eligible inpatients according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,picking age,gender,symptoms,tongue and pulse,hospitalization expenses,the diagnosis of TCM,the diagnosis of Western medicine and so on.Using Excel 2010 software to establish the original database,SPSS 24 to analyze the basic information of patients,hospitalization expenses,syndrome types and syndrome elements.Combining SPSS 24 with Excel 2010 to make relevant images and tables.Result:1.The distribution of gender,age,body mass index and menopause time was statistically different(p < 0.05),the mean bone mineral density between groups was also statistically different(p < 0.05).2.The main sources of hospitalization expenses are medicine expenses and inspection expenses,while the cost of Western medicine is the main source of medicine expenses.The cost of hospitalization,medicine and inspection were affected by the duration of hospitalization,department,the number of combined diseases and cost categories.There were statistical differences between the groups(p <0.05).3.The common syndrome types are: Qi stagnation and blood stasis,deficiency of liver and kidney with Qi stagnation and blood stasis,Qi-deficiency and blood stasis,Yin-deficiency of liver and kidney.4.The most common syndrome element related to the disease location is kidney,followed by liver and spleen.Among the pathogenic syndrome elements,the most common in deficiency syndrome are Yin-deficiency and Qi-deficiency,blood stasis is the most common demonstration syndrome,followed by Qi stagnation,dampness.Conclusion:1.Sex,age,body mass index and menopause time are closely related to the incidence of primary osteoporosis.2.Strengthening the department management,improving the clinical efficiency,shortening the duration in hospital,strengthening health education and scientific treatment of combined diseases,reasonably optimizing the allocation of medical resources,strengthening the supervision and management of the medical insurance system can effectively reduce the cost of hospitalization for patients with primary osteoporosis,and effectively reduce the waste of public medical resources.3.The disease location of primary osteoporosis is mainly in the kidney,which is closely related to liver and spleen.The pathological nature of this disease belongs to deficiency complicated with excess,Yin-deficiency and Qi-deficiency are more common.Blood stasis is the main pathological factor,followed by Qi stagnation and dampness.The main treatment of primary osteoporosis should be based on tonifying the kidney and bone,regulating the liver and spleen,and attaching importance to the use of the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. |
