| Objectives:By collating and analyzing the case data of the patients,we analyzed the differences in general data, biological characteristics, immunohistochemistry and TCM syndrome element distribution between the left and right col-on cancer patients with liver and lung metastasis,And to study the relationship between TCM syndromes and elements of Left colon cancer,Right colon cancer with liver or lung metastasis,so as to provide clinical basis for TCM to further intervene in the treatment of colon cancer, improve the survival period of patients with colon cancer and their quality of life, intervene those who do not have liver and lung metastasis, and give full play to TCM the advantages of "treating the disease" and "preventing treatment of disease".Methods: Collect electronic medical records from December 01,2014 to December 01,2019,at the oncology outpatient department and inpatient department, anorectal inpatient department and digestive inpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected. If necessary, complete data were obtained by telephone follow-up,and general information(including gender, age, smoking history, drinking history, operation history, first symptom)and biological characteristics(including general classification Pathological type, degree of differentiation),immunohistochemistry(KRAS,Ki67,MMR,P53),four diagnostic data of traditional Chinese medicine, etc.,establish a database, summarize the syndrome element attributes of patients according to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine, and analyze the results with spss25.0.Results:1.Overall distribution: LCC liver metastases(94 cases)accounted for 71.8%,lung metastases(37 cases)accounted for 28.2%;RCC liver metastases(60 cases)accounted for 69.0%,and lung metastases(27 cases)accounted for 31.0%.LCC liver metastasis and RCC lung metastasis were common, the difference of liver and lung metastasis between LCC and RCC is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Differences in the distribution of liver and lung metastases between LCC and RCC:(1)general situation:the difference in smoking history, operation history and first symptom of LCC and RCC patients with liver metastasis is statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in smoking history and first symptom of LCC and RCC patients with lung metastasis is statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)biological characteristics: LCC and RCC patients with liver and lung metastasis are mainly ulcerative type and adenocarcinoma;in points There was significant difference in the degree of chemotaxis(P<0.01);(3)immunohistochemistry:there was statistical significance in the expression of p53 in LCC and RCC patients with liver metastasis(P<0.05);there was statistical significance in the expression of KRAS and p53 in LCC and RCC patients with lung metastasis(P<0.05);3.Distribution of TCM syndromes in liver and lung metastasis of LCC and RCC:(1)LCC liver metastasis: 36 cases of qi stagnation,25 cases of damp heat,17 cases of blood stasis,10 cases of qi deficiency,3 cases of yang deficiency,2 cases of cold and dampness,1 case of yin deficiency;(2)LCC lung metastasis: 18 cases of qi deficiency,10 cases of blood stasis,3 cases of yang deficiency,3 cases of cold and dampness,2 cases of damp heat,1 case of qi stagnation;(3)RCC liver metastasis: 25 cases of qi deficiency,19 cases of damp heat,8 cases of qi stagnation, blood 6 cases of stasis,1 case of yang deficiency,1 case of cold and dampness;(4)RCC lung metastasis: 10 cases of qi deficiency,7 cases of cold and dampness,6 cases of blood stasis,2 cases of yang deficiency,1 case of qi stagnation, and 1 case of dampness and heat. The distribution of TCM syndromes in liver and lung metastasis of LCC and RCC was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Study on the correlation of TCM syndromes in liver and lung metastasis of LCC and RCC:(1)General situation: The differences of TCM syndromes in patients with liver metastasis of LCC and RCC are statistically significant except for the first symptoms(P <0.05);LCC and RCC lung metastasis TCM syndromes were statistically significant in the history of surgery(P <0.05);(2)Biological characteristics: LCC and RCC were only statistically significant in the degree of differentiation of patients TCM syndromes with liver metastasis(P <0.05);(3)Immunohistochemistry: LCC and RCC only had significant differences in P53 expression in TCM syndromes in patients with liver metastases(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.LCC liver metastases are more common, and RCC lung metastases are more common;2.LCC liver metastasis is mainly qi stagnation and damp-heat syndrome;lung metastasis is mainly qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;RCC liver metastasis is mainly qi deficiency and damp-heat syndrome. |
