Objective:In recent years, many studies have found that the detection of prostatic exosomal potein(PSEP)can diagnose and treat CP.Now it has been used in clinical practice, but its diagnostic efficacy and value are not completely clear, and there are few related studies. In order to further explore the clinical application value of PSEP,this study evaluated the diagnostic value of PSEP in different types of CP by measuring the PSEP content in the middle urine samples of patients with type II,type IIIA and type IIIB CP.Methods:Collected CP patients who came to the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from October 2019 to February 2020.According to CP clinical diagnostic standards in the "Prostatitis Diagnosis and Treatment Guide(2014 Edition)",CP patients were classified by two cup Among them,10 were type II CP patients,33 were type IIIA CP patients, and 31 were type IIIB CP patients.Mid-section urine samples were taken for PSEP testing. The differences of urine PSEP levels in different types of CP patients were compared. Results: There were 10 patients with type II CP,PSEP in the middle section of 3.21 ± 0.41 ng / ml,33 patients with type IIIA CP,PSEP in the middle section 3.19 ± 0.43 ng / ml,31 patients with type IIIB CP,and PSEP in the middle section 1.49 ± 0.42.ng / ml.There was a significant difference in PSEP content between the three groups of specimens.Among them, the PSEP content in the middle segment of patients with type II CP was significantly higher than that in the middle segment of patients with type IIIB CP,and there was a significant difference; It was significantly higher than that in the middle section of patients with type IIIB CP and there was a significant difference. There was no significant difference in the PSEP content in the middle section of patients with type II CP and in the middle section of the patients with type IIIA CP.Conclusions:In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CP,PSEP detection is simple, noninvasive and highly maneuverable. It only needs to retain urine, without prostate massage, can reduce the pain of patients, and can provide a good help for the diagnosis and treatment of prostatitis. The content of PSEP in middle urine of type ⅢB CP patients is significantly lower than that of type ⅡCP patients and type A CP patients. The detection of Ⅲ PSEP in middle urine has certain reference value for clinical typing diagnosis of CP patients.
