Study On The Distribution Of Reaction Points At Backshu Point In Type 2 Diabetic Inpatients

Objective:This study explored the Beishu point of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients by the method of meridian cut,discussed the characteristics and distribution of the positive reaction point of the Beishu point in T2DM patients,the relationship with blood glucose,and the difference of the positive reaction point between the T2DM patients and the physical examination volunteers at the Beishu point,so as to provide the cut basis for the non drug treatment of T2DM.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,82 hospitalized T2DM patients and 44physical examination volunteers were selected.General information(age,gender,etc.)and random blood glucose of the selected patients were collected,and the positive reaction points of Beishu point were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:1.The rule of positive reaction points of Back-shu points in hospitalized patients with T2DM showed that the positive reaction points of Back-shu points mainly appeared in Weishu,Ganshu,Shenshu and Yishu,among which Weishu points accounted for 32.93%with the highest frequency,while Ganshu points accounted for 29.27%,Shenshu points(26.83%),Yishu points(19.51%)and Sanjiaoshu points(18.29%);2.In T2DM patients,the main positive reaction points were nodules,accounting for 45.07%,and the others were from high to low in order of cord(26.06%),rigidity(16.20%),subsidence(4.93%),cold(3.52%),etc;3.The frequency of positive reaction points of Weishu,Ganshu,Shenshu,Yishu and Pishu points in T2DM inpatients was 9.0,24.0,11.00,16.0 and 12.0 times higher than that of physical examination volunteers,respectively.Byχ~2 test,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05);4.The results showed that there was a positive correlation between Shenshu and blood glucose.Conclusion:1.From the frequency of positive reaction points at Twelve Back-Shu and Yeshu points in patients with T2DM,it is suggested that patients with T2DM can be treated by spleen,stomach,liver and kidney,combined with Yishu and Sanjiaoshu.;2.2 diabetes mellitus,syndrome differentiation should be made to clarify the treatment of dampness or phlegm-dampness;when stiff,striated and cold positive reactions occur,the presence of cold in patients withT2DM should be taken into account;when sinking positive reactions occur,kidney-tonifying should be emphasized;3.According to the analysis of the differences between the positive reaction points of twelve back Shu Points and Yishu points,the inpatients of T2DM and the physical examination volunteers,it is suggested that the positive reactions of Ganshu,Shenshu,Pishu,Weishu and Yishu should be explored when the patients of T2DM are examined by meridian incision;4.According to the analysis of the correlation between the positive reaction of Back-Shu point and blood sugar in patients with T2DM,it is suggested that Shenshu point should be selected for the treatment of abnormal blood sugar in patients with T2DM.The above results can provide basis for selecting acupoints for non-drug treatment of T2DM inpatients.
