| Aims: Multidimensional scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after stenting.By describing the quality of life of patients at different stages,it can provide evidence-based basis for the quality of life and efficacy of other patients with coronary heart disease after stenting. At the same time,by studying the factors affecting the quality of life and their correlation,it can provide clinical medicine.Personnel and other health departments provide clues and directions for cardiac rehabilitation after stenting, reduce unfavorable factors, improve patients’ quality of life, make them recover to health and return to society as soon as possible, avoid wasting medical resources, and improve satisfaction and survival rate.Methods:(1)Objects: From January 2018 to January 2019,patients with coronary artery disease after stenting for 1 month,6 months,12 months or more. The patients with malignant tumors, severe bone and joint lesions, multiple organ failure and diagnosed mental disorders were excluded.(2)Research content: Including demographic data, complications, family history,SYNTAX score, angina pectoris, depression and other evaluation values.(3)Research Design: In this study,a self-designed questionnaire "Quality of Life Questionnaire for Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Stenting" was used to fill out the questionnaire on paper or online by patients or their families through outpatient/telephone follow-up and internet. The scale includes Seattle Angina Questionnaire, the 12-items Short Form Health Survey,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,European Five-Dimensions Questionnaire.(4)Statistical analysis: Using EXCEL 2016 and SPSS 25.0,three quality of life scales were used as dependent variables to describe the status of patients’ quality of life and analyze the influencing factors.Result:(1)All dimensions of quality of life were scored 1 month after stenting. The frequency of angina pectoris attack, the degree of physical limitation and the state of depression all affected the Seattle Angina questionnaire, the disease-related physiological/mental health score and the health utility value of coronary heart disease(P < 0.01).Regression analysis showed that the frequency of angina attack, the degree of physical limitation and depression were positively correlated with the Seattle Angina questionnaire(P < 0.01),while the degree of physical limitation, depression and BMI were positively correlated with the physiological health score(P < 0.05).Physical limitation, depression, family history of coronary heart disease were positively correlated with mental health score(P < 0.01).(2)Six months after stenting, all dimensions of quality of life were scored. The frequency of angina pectoris attack, the degree of physical limitation and the state of depression all affected the Seattle Angina questionnaire and the health utility value of coronary heart disease(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in the disease-related physiological/mental health score(P > 0.05).Regression analysis showed that the frequency of angina attack, degree of physical limitation and depression were positively correlated with Seattle Angina questionnaire and physiological/mental health score(P < 0.01).(3)All dimensions of quality of life after stenting for coronary heart disease(> 12 months)were evaluated. The frequency of angina pectoris attack, the degree of physical limitation and the state of depression all affected the Seattle Angina questionnaire, the disease-related physiological/mental health score and the health utility value of coronary heart disease(P < 0.01).Regression analysis showed that the frequency of angina attack, degree of physical limitation and depression were positively correlated with Seattle Angina questionnaire and physiological/mental health score(P < 0.01).Conclution: The overall quality of life after stenting for coronary heart disease is better, including the quality of life related to angina pectoris, the physical and mental health related to coronary heart disease, and the health utility value after stenting for coronary heart disease. The main factors affecting the quality of life of patients with coronary artery disease after stenting are the degree of physical limitation, the frequency of angina pectoris attacks and depression. These three factors are positively correlated with the quality of life score. That is,with the relief of physical limitation, the frequency of angina pectoris attacks decreases, the depressive state decreases, and coronary heart disease. The quality of life of patients after stenting was significantly improved. |
