Objective:To observe the clinical effect and Hp eradication rate of Modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of Hp associated epigastralgia in children with Cold-heat jumble type, and to explore the effectiveness of this prescription in the treatment of Hp gastritis,in order to enrich the treatment of this disease. Methods:In strict accordance with the case selection criteria of this subject, select 90 cases of Hp positive epigastralgia,Cold-heat jumble type children who met the inclusion criteria in the pediatric outpatient department of Xiamen Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2019,randomly divided into three groups, which were traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and integrated Chinese and western medicine group with 30 cases in each group.Traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Modified Banxia Xiexin decoction, the western medicine group with western medicine triple therapy(omeprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin),and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group with Modified Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with western medicine triple therapy, all treatment were two weeks.observed the changes of symptoms and signs of the three groups before treatment,1 weeks after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, and evaluate the curative effect and total effective rate of the three groups of children with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome;Record the HP eradication rate of the three groups 4 weeks after the treatment;all the test data were statistically analyzed with software SPSS23.0.Results:1.A total of 90 cases were included in the trial,85 cases of which completed the clinical trial observation, including 2 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group shedding,2 cases in the western medicine group shedding,1 case in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group shedding, the rate of shedding was 5.56%.There was no statistical difference in the general conditions and syndrome scores of the three groups before treatment, which was comparable.2.Comparison of three groups:(1)Comparison between groups:There was no significant difference between the three groups after treatment for 1 weeks and 2 weeks(P<0.001).After two pairwise comparisons(the test level of pantwise comparison is ???0.017),there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P>0.017);there was significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group(P<0.001);the western medicine group compared with the integrated Chinese and western medicine group, there were significant differences(P<0.001).It can be concluded that the improvement of symptoms and signs in the Chinese and western medicine group was better than the other two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment.(2)There were significant differences in symptom scores between the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.001),and after pairwise comparison, there were significant differences(P<0.001),indicating that all three treatment regimens were effective.(3)Comparison of the total efficacy of the three groups: thetotal effective rate of the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was 96.55%,the total effective rate of the western medicine group was 85.71%,the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 78.57%,the total efficacy of the three groups existed significant difference(P<0.001).After two pairwise comparisons, there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P>0.017).There was a significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group(P<0.001).Compared with the western medicine group and integrated Chinese and western medicine group, the difference was significant(P<0.017).It can be considered that the total efficacy of Chinese and western medicine group is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.3.Comparison of Hp eradication rates in the three groups: After treatment,12 cases were turned negative in traditional Chinese medicine group, with an eradication rate of42.86%;20 cases were turned negative in the western medicine group, with an eradication rate of 71.43%;28 cases were turned negative in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group with an eradication rate of 96.55%.The eradication rates of the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).After two pairwise comparisons, there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P>0.017);there was significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group(P<0.001);the difference between western medicine group and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.017).It can be concluded that the eradication rate in the group of the integrated Chinese and western medicine is better than that in the group of traditional Chinese medicine and group of western medicine. Conclusion:Modified Banxia Xiexin decoction can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of Hp associated epigastralgia in children with Cold-heat jumble type.Combined with western medicine triple therapy can improve the symptoms of children more quickly, improve clinical efficacy and Hp eradication rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
