Research On Medical Care Combined With Pension Service In Wulanchabu City

With With the deepening of China’s aging population and the increasing number of "421" families and "empty nest" families,especially the increasing number of disabled,semi-disabled,chronically ill and orphaned elderly,a series of problems have arisen.The elderly population such as medical treatment and daily care are gradually increasing,and the care and treatment of the elderly and the family’s economic affordability have also become hot issues of great concern.With the development of economy,the elderly have higher and more diversified requirements for health awareness and pension mode.The traditional family pension mode is no longer suitable for the needs of our development.Therefore,the new pension service mode of "combination of medical care and pension" has gradually entered the public’s attention.The combination of medical care and support is not only the latest exploration to deal with the plight of the elderly population in China,but also the only way to reform the service model for the elderly and a very effective way to solve the current situation of the aging population in China.Although the combination of medical care and old-age care service in China is still in the exploratory stage,the current combination of medical care and old-age care service mode has no obvious effect on solving the aging population in China,but through the research and analysis abroad,it can be seen that the combination of medical care and old-age care has great potential and market.This paper systematically combs the development of the research on the combination of medical care and old-age care at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the elderly population in Wulanchabu City from three aspects: the large base of the elderly population,the rapid development of the aging population and the imbalance between urban and rural development.Through the analysis of the policy environment,the demand side of resources and the supply sideof resources,the development situation of the combination of medical care and old-age service in Wulanchabu City is judged,and the four modes of the combination of medical care and old-age service in Wulanchabu City at the present stage are summarized and sorted out.Based on the actual situation,this paper analyzes the main problems and reasons that restrict the development of medical and nursing services for the aged in Wulanchabu city.This paper systematically sorts out and summarizes the advanced experiences of Japan,the United States,Germany and Australia in developing the combination of medical care and maintenance,and the main methods of promoting the combination of medical care and maintenance in Qingdao,Hefei and Beijing.Through careful study and reference of domestic and foreign experiences,this paper puts forward 15 operable suggestions and opinions from five aspects,including perfecting the system and policy guarantee system,upgrading the nursing staff,perfecting the supervision and management system,perfecting the capital guarantee system and diversifying the development of service modes.It is hoped that through this study,more people can understand the mode of medical and nursing care service,so that the content and system of medical and nursing care service can be further deepened and improved,which provides relevant experience for later scholars’ research and scientific basis and suggestions for the government to promote medical and nursing care service,and has certain practical significance.
