Research On The Supply Of Community Medical Care And Elderly Care Services

With the continuous increase of the elderly population in my country,the phenomenon of aging,frequent chronic diseases,and disability and semi-disability is becoming more and more prominent.At the same time,with the development of the economy,people’s material life is becoming more and more abundant,and the elderly also have access to elderly care services.New requirements.For a long time,the traditional Chinese medicine and nursing care of the elderly care service system in our country have been separated,which has caused the supply of elderly care services to lag behind the needs of the elderly,especially in the provision of comprehensive elderly care services.This shows that the social elderly care service system in our country is not perfect.In order to break the division of medical and elderly care and improve the social elderly care service system,the government is advancing the construction of integrated medical and elderly care,that is,to effectively combine the originally independent medical system and elderly care system to achieve an integrated medical and elderly care supply mode to compensate for the supply of elderly care services.The gap between the needs to meet the diverse needs of the elderly.In 2019,the National Health Commission proposed to improve the community-based elderly care service system that combines medical care and nursing care to better meet the needs of elderly health care services.Therefore,using the community as a platform and effectively integrating medical and nursing resources has become the trend of future community elderly care service development,and the effective supply of medical and nursing resources in the community will improve the construction of community medical and elderly care services and meet the needs of the elderly for health and elderly care services.It is of great significance.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature,this paper analyzes the supply of community medical care combined with old-age care services from three aspects of policy supply,supply subject and supply content by using case analysis and comparative analysis methods,and combines the contract operation service mode of community old-age care service institutions and health service institutions.Integrated model of community pension institutions and medical institutions;Medical institutions and the door care model three kinds of community endowment institutions endowment service supply model and its related practice,found in the medical community to raise combining endowment service supply,supply main body position is not clear,imbalance between supply and demand,and community medical service content infrastructure is not sound,lack the problem such as service evaluation mechanism,aiming at these problems,analyzed the reasons,And on the basis of drawing lessons from other countries’ experience in the supply of community medical and nursing care services for the elderly,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the supply of community medical and nursing care services for the elderly in China.First,the guiding role of the government should be strengthened.Second,we must adhere to the diversification of the main supply;Third,to improve the community medical and nursing combined with old-age service facilities;Fourth,we should establish a service evaluation mechanism.
