Objective: To explore the significance of detecting serum amylase combined with CA199,CA125 and HE4 in the diagnosis of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the general data and laboratory examinations of 170 patients with malignant ovarian tumors and 120 patients with benign ovarian diseases who were first hospitalized and operated in the gynecology department of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from February 2012 to June2019,after pathological confirmation,there were 130 patients with serous adenocarcinoma of the ovary and 40 patients with non-serous adenocarcinoma of the ovary.Nonparametric Mann-Whitney U test,binary logistic regression and ROC curve were used to evaluate the relationship between benign and malignant ovarian diseases and serous adenocarcinoma,meantime compared analysis of general data,amylase and CA199,CA125 and HE4 tumor markers between non-serous adenocarcinoma of the ovary.Results: 1.The differences in serum amylase and CA199,CA125,HE4 markers levels between benign ovarian diseases and ovarian malignant tumor are statistically significant(p <0.001);2.The differences in serum amylase and CA199,CA125,HE4 markers levels between ovarian serous adenocarcinoma and non-serous ovarian adenocarcinoma were statistically significant(p <0.05);3.The results of binary logistic regression analysis are: the higher the serum amylase and the three tumor markers CA199,CA125,and HE4,the greater the possibility of diagnosis of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma(p<0.05);4.The AUCs of CA199,serum amylase,CA125,and HE4 are: 0.707,0.687,0.811,0.817;AUC(0.908)of three tumor markers combined with CA199,CA125,and HE4(0.908),together with serum amylase and CA199,CA125 Compared with the AUC(0.928)of the combined predictors of three tumor markers,HE4,it can be seen that the combined predictors of the four markers CA199,serum amylase,CA125 and HE4 have higher diagnostic value.The differences between them was statistically significant(p<0.001).At this time,the critical value of serum amylase level was 57U/L.Conclusions: After comparison,it was found that the combined detection of serum amylase and CA199,CA125,and HE4 tumor markers has the highest diagnostic value for ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.Serum amylase may be a potential tumor marker for the diagnosis of ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.
