The Study Of Docter-Patient Relationship Status And Improvement Countermeasures For Large-scale Public Hospital In Guangzhou

Medication treatment is an important field of people’s livelihood,which is closely related to the happiness of civilians,the harmony and stability of society.The doctor-patient relationship has a very strong time characteristic,with different social development stages,the relationship is different.Since the 1980 s,with the progress of market-oriented reform of medical institutions in our country,the doctors-patients relationship has entered a tense stage,which course medical dispute increasing,and even getting violentGuangzhou,as an important economic and populous metropolis in China,has a high degree of economic and social development,and the medical level is in the forefront of the country,but there are also many doctor-patient contradictions.This study comprehensively uses a variety of research methods,through the in-depth investigation of the doctor-patient relationship in large public hospitals in Guangzhou,in order to scientifically and objectively evaluate the current situation of doctor-patient relationship in Guangzhou large-scale public hospitals,analyze the existing problems,provide the basis for the theoretical research of doctor-patient relationship,and provide suggestions to the government for medical and health policies and hospital management.Through the method of literature research,this study summarizes and analyzes the relevant literature on doctor-patient relationship at home and abroad,puts forward the research ideas,designs questionnaires and interview questionnaires according to the results of literature analysis and induction.Aiming medical staff and patients from two representative large public hospitals in Guangzhou as the main subjects of investigation,the main contents of the questionnaire including the medical environment of the sample medical institutions,medical technology,doctor-patient communication and other related issues,and interviews with the personnel of the medical administration department and some hospital management departments.To have a detail and in-depth analyses the relationship between the patients and patients in Guangzhou by in combination with the survey of the patient satisfaction and the complaint data from the 12320 hot-line of Guangzhou.The study shows that the doctor-patient relationship in large public hospitals in Guangzhou is still in tense,and the satisfaction of both doctors and patients with the current doctor-patient relationship is on the low side.The doctor-patient communication is not smooth,poor medical treatment environment,lack of medical experience which are the most important cause of the tension of the doctor-patient relationship,but not medical technology level.This is consistent with actual circumstance that Guangzhou has the high quality of medical resources and a large number of patients.It is suggested that the relationship between doctors and patients should be improved from the aspects of actively promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,strengthening the construction of medical consortia,improving the environment of seeking medical treatment,optimizing the process,improving the humanistic literacy of medical staff,strengthening the communication between doctors and patients,and so on.
