Observe On The Effect Of Chinese Herbs Huangzhi Lotion On The Postoperative Wound Healing Of Damp-heat Sign Of Low Simple Anal Fistula

ObjectiveObserve the effect of fumigating and washing sitz bath with Chinese herbs Huangzhi lotion for treating downward flow of damp-heat sign of low simple after anal fistula surgery on wound secretion,pain,healing time,wound area and healing rate,It provides a reliable basis for further popularization and application.MethodsA total of 60 patients to be operated on anal fistula who met the inclusion criteria in the People’s Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Treatment was started on the 2nd day after operation,and the treatment group was fumigating and washing sitz bath with Chinese herbs Huangzhi lotion once a day for 15 minutes before dressing change.the treatment group was given fumigating and sitting bath with Chinese herbs Huangzhi lotion once a day for 15 minutes before dressing change,while The control group was given sitting bath with 1:5000 compound potassium permanganate lotion once a day for 15 minutes before dressing change.The scores of various research indicators were observed and recorded before dressing change on the 1st,7th,14 th and 28 th days after the operation.and analyze the curative effect of the two groups in promoting wound healing of downward flow of damp-heat sign of low simple after anal fistula surgery by SPSS23.0.ResultsGeneral information before treatment: there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age and time of illness(P>0.05)..the baseline of the Chinese herbs Huangzhi lotion group and potassium permanganate lotion group was consistent and comparable.The analysis of the research results is as follows:(1)Postoperative wound secretions:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in wound secretions on the 1st day after surgery(P>0.05).However,on the 7th and 14 th day after operation,there was a statistically significant difference in wound secretions(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference in wound secretion on28 th day(P>0.05).(2)Postoperative wound pain: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in wound pain on the 1st day after surgery(P>0.05).However,on the 7th and14 th day after operation,there was a statistically significant difference in wound pain(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference in wound pain on the 28 th day(P>0.05).(3)Postoperative wound area: there was no statistically significant difference in wound area between the two groups on the 1st day after surgery(P>0.05)..However,on the 7th,14 th and 28 th day after the operation,the difference in wound area between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Postoperative wound healing rate: compared the wound healing rate of the two groups on the 7th,14 th and 28 th days after surgery,both P values were<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(5)Postoperative wound healing time: the healing time in the treatment group was in the range of 18-33 days,and the average healing time was 25.93±0.764 days.The healing time of the control group was in the range of 22~35 days,and the average healing time was28.53±0.063 days.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The overall curative effect of postoperative wound surface: the cure rates of the two groups on the 28 th day after operation were 96.67% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group respectively.However,the overall effective rate of both groups was 100%(P>0.05),with no significant difference.ConclusionThrough the research of this subject,it is shown that fumigating and washing sitz bath with Chinese herbs Huangzhi lotion can accelerate wound healing downward flow of damp-heat sign of low simple after anal fistula surgery,especially in the early and middle stages.Fumigation and sitz bath with Chinese herbs Huangzhi lotion can improve the wound surface,reduce exudation of wound secretion,relieve pain of wound surface and improve the quality of life of patients after operation,thus effectively shortening the healing period.No adverse reactions such as anaphylaxis have occurred in the application,the safety is better,the drug cost is low,and the curative effect is remarkable,thus being worthy of application in clinic.
