Objective: This study aims to observe the effects of high,medium,and low concentrations of Shenyu Lotion on wound healing after anal fistula surgery,and to find the optimal concentration for clinical use of Shenyu Lotion to promote wound healing.Methods: 136 patients who met the criteria for high level simple anal fistula surgery were selected and randomly divided into high concentration group,medium concentration group,low concentration group,and control group with 34 cases each.The high,medium,and low concentration groups were given corresponding concentrations of Shenyu lotion fumigation and washing sitz baths,while the control group was given Jinxuan Hemorrhoids Fumigation and Washing Powder fumigation and washing sitz baths for continuous use until wound healing.Record the wound area,wound granulation growth,healing rate,wound exudation,and pain on the 3rd,7th,14 th,and 21 st days before and after treatment for four groups of patients.Record the final wound healing time and adverse reactions.Use statistical software SPSS25.0 to conduct statistical analysis on the obtained data.Results: A total of 124 patients in this study completed clinical observation and were included in the data statistics.There were 4 cases of shedding in the high concentration group,2 cases in the medium concentration group,2 cases in the low concentration group,and 4 cases in the control group,with a total shedding rate of 8.82%.There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,pain score,and wound area between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparability of the study.The analysis of the research results is as follows:(1)Wound area,wound healing rate,and wound granulation growth: There were significant differences in wound area,healing rate,and wound granulation growth among the four groups on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st days after surgery.The high concentration group was superior to the medium concentration group and superior to the low concentration and control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in treatment between the low concentration group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)Wound pain score: On the 3rd,7th,14 th,and 21 st day after surgery,the wound pain in both groups was reduced compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Among them,on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery,the degree of pain improvement was significantly higher,and the medium and low concentration groups were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the high concentration group was better than the medium and low concentration groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain among the four groups on the 14 th and 21 st days after surgery.(P>0.05).(3)Exudation: The wound exudation of the four groups on the 7th,14 th,and 21 st day after surgery was reduced compared to before treatment(P<0.05).Among them,the improvement of exudation on the 7th and 14 th day after surgery was significantly better in the high concentration group than in the other three groups(P<0.05).At one week of medication,the medium concentration group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).On the 21 st day after surgery,there was no significant difference in exudation among the four groups(P>0.05).(4)Wound healing time: The average wound healing time of patients in the high concentration group was 34.34 days,37.17 days in the medium concentration group,39.78 days in the low concentration group,and 43.87 days in the control group.After comparison,it was found that the healing time of the high concentration group was shorter than that of the medium concentration group and shorter than that of the low concentration group(P>0.05).(5)Overall efficacy: After 21 days of treatment,there was a significant statistical difference in overall efficacy among the four groups(P<0.01),with the high concentration group having the best effect.Conclusion: 1.Shenyu lotion fumigation and sitz bath can effectively promote the growth of wound granulation,reduce exudation,alleviate postoperative wound pain,promote wound healing,and shorten wound healing time.2.High concentration Shenyu Lotion has advantages over the medium concentration group,low concentration group,and control group in alleviating pain and reducing exudation.High concentration Shenyu Lotion has good therapeutic effect and safety in clinical application,with the high concentration group having the best therapeutic effect.
