Clinical Observation Of Yiqitongbian Decoction Combined With Abdominal Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of Qi Deficiency

ObjectiveTo compare the clinical therapeutic effects of Yiqi Tongbian Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on functional constipation of qi deficiency type,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of functional constipation.Methods60 patients with qi deficiency type functional constipation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Tongbian Fang and combined with abdominal acupuncture.The drug composition: Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula,Astragalus membranaceus,Dioscorea opposita,Poria cocos,Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix rehmanniae recen,Malt sugar,Zizyphus jujuba,and Radix glycyrrhizae preparate.The selected points including Guanyuan,Tian Shu,Qihai,Shangwan,Zhongwan,and Xiawan.The control group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and the drug including: Radix Astragali,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Atractylodis Rhizoma,Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae,Bupleuri Radix,Cimicifugae Rhizoma,and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata.Three weeks is a course of treatment,and all patients are treated for one courses of treatment.The changes of the TCM symptom score,the quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)score and the Bristol fecal shape score of the two groups were collected respectively.The data were collected and sorted out,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 data analysis software.Result1.Comparison between the two groups: there were statistically significant differences in the total score of TCM symptoms,PAC-QOL score and Bristol fecal shape scorebefore and after treatment between the two groups(p<0.05),indicating that the two groups have curative effects in improving TCM symptoms,quality of life and stool character.2.Comparison between the two groups: after treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms,PAC-QOL score and stool character score of constipation patients in the two groups have statistical significance(p<0.05),the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving TCM symptoms,quality of life and stool character.3.Comparison of total effective rate: the total effective rate in the treatment group was86.66%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion1.Both groups can improve patients’ TCM symptoms,quality of life and stool character,but Yiqi Tongbian Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture is superior to Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in improving TCM symptoms,quality of life and stool characteristics,and the difference is statistically significant.2.Yiqi Tongbian Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture has a satisfactory effect on functional constipation of qi deficiency type,and its effect is obviously better than Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.It has a wide application prospect and is worthy of further clinical research.
