Observation On The Efficacy Of Zhuyang Tongbian Paste In Treating Patients With Functional Constipation Of Yang Deficiency Type And Its Effect On Serum IL-6 And TNF-?

Purpose:Patients with functional constipation of yang deficiency type were treated with Zhuyang Tongbian ointment.By comparing the changes of constipation symptoms,quality of life score,safety index,serum inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-a)before and subsequent therapy,and combined with curative effect index,the clinical therapeutic effect,drug safety and mechanism of Zhuyangtong constipation ointment in the treatment of functional constipation of Yang deficiency were evaluated.To give abstract base and clinical datum uphold for the application of Zhuyang Tongbian ointment in the treatment of this disease.Material and method : According to the standard of inclusion and exclusion,66 patients with Yang-deficiency functional constipation admitted to the outpatient department and inpatient department of Liaoning Provincial Anal and Intestinal Hospital from December2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(Zhuyang Tongbian Ointment group)and the western medicine control group(lactulose group).The subjects in both groups were administered orally,twice a day,in the morning and evening,for a course of 2 weeks,and their fasting venous blood in the morning was taken before and after treatment to detect IL-6 and TNF in the researchers’ serum-a Content.After the end of the study,the clinical symptom score of constipation,the content of IL-6 and TNF-a in serum,the score of quality of life,safety index and total effective rate were compared before and after treatment,and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS26.0.Results:1.During the study,1 case was excluded from 2 cases in the Chinese medicine treatment group,and 1 case was excluded from 2 cases in the western medicine control group.Finally,30 cases in each group were included in the data analysis.2.In the comparison of IL-6、TNF-a,the serum IL-6 and TNF were compared between the two groups-a The contents were all P<0.05,indicating that the effect of Chinese medicine treatment group on reducing serum inflammatory factors was more obvious,and on reducing serum TNF-a The content is more effective(P<0.01).3.In the comparison of clinical symptom scores of constipation,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were improved after taking medicine(P < 0.05),and almost all of them in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(P < 0.01).According to the comparison between the two groups,the therapeutic effect of all kinds of constipation except "defecation" in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was more obvious than that in the western medicine control group(P < 0.05).4.In the pac-qol,the quality of life of the subjects in the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05).5.The difference between the two groups was P < 0.05,which indicated that the clinical effect of Zhuyangtongbian ointment was better than lactulose.6.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Zhuyang Tongbian Ointment can not only effectively improve the constipation symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients with Yang-deficiency FC,but also has a significant effect on the treatment of the symptoms of Yang-deficiency,such as abdominal cold and warm,limb cold and cold,waist and knee soreness,and clear and long urine.In addition,it can effectively reduce IL-6 and TNF-a in serum,and it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
