Survey And Analysis Of Influencing Factors On Satisfaction Degree Of Insured Farmers Under The Medical Insurance System Of Urban And Rural Residents In Jilin Province

Since 2016,the State Council of China promulgated the "Opinions on the Integration of Urban and Rural Residents’ Medical Insurance System",and the realization of the integrated urban and rural residents’ medical insurance system has become an important development target for the integration of residents’ medical insurance in various regions.As a large agricultural province in China,Jilin Province has a large rural population.The satisfaction of insured farmers with the medical insurance system for urban and rural residents can directly affect the advancement and further development of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Jilin Province.Therefore,this article focuses on the development status of urban and rural residents’ medical insurance in Jilin Province.From the perspective of farmers,it investigates the effect of the implementation of the new urban and rural residents’ medical insurance system.It is hoped that the implementation of Jilin Province’s urban and rural residents’ medical insurance system will be realized through the research in this article.Effect and provide some references for its further development.The research in this paper is divided into the following levels: First,the relevant concepts and theories of urban and rural residents ’medical insurance system are summarized and arranged to lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research;Second,the existing implementation of the urban and rural residents’ medical insurance system in Jilin Province The results and specific status are summarized and sorted to clarify the actual situation of the development of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Jilin Province,and provide a realistic basis for subsequent research.Third,to investigate the satisfaction of the implementation of the medical insurance system for urban and rural residents in Jilin Province,and based on the investigation Results The factor analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction of the implementation of the medical insurance system for urban and rural residents in Jilin Province.The results show that the content of the system,the service quality of designated medical institutions,the publicity of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in the government,and the conditions for medical treatment can affect urban and rural residents in Jilin The satisfaction of the medical insurance system has an impact.Fourth,improving the satisfaction of urban and rural residents’ medical insurance in Jilin Province can be based on four perspectives: further improving the urban and rural residents’ medical insurance system,improving the quality of services provided by designated medical institutions,strengthening the government’s urban and rural residents’ medical insurance promotion efforts,and improving medical conditions.The promotion of urban and rural residents ’medical insurance can provide reference ideas,and then provide a driving force for the further promotion of urban and rural residents’ medical insurance system in Jilin Province.
