Research On The Satisfaction Of Urban And Rural Residents With Basic Medical Insurance From The Perspective Of Farmers

The predecessor of the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents,the new rural cooperative medical care system,has been implemented nationwide since 2009.On the whole,the operation has been good,the financing level has been continuously improved,and rural residents also have higher requirements for the service level of medical insurance.Since January 1,2020,Dalian has launched the coordinated basic medical insurance work for urban and rural residents,and the most basic standard to judge whether its work has achieved results is whether the broad masses of farmers have effectively benefited and whether they are truly satisfied.It is necessary to investigate,analyze and study the problems arising from the rural residents when using the basic medical insurance for the urban and rural residents,so as to better promote the development of the basic medical insurance for the urban and rural residents,so that it can better serve the farmers.Therefore,the analysis of the basic medical insurance satisfaction for urban and rural residents is quite necessary.This paper analyzes the rural residents of Xiendong Town,Liaoning Province,according to the sampling survey of the agricultural population in April 2021,firstly from the system,conditions,the responsibilities of the government and its problems,and the satisfaction of basic medical insurance.On this basis,in-depth analysis of the regional rural residents in the process of basic medical insurance problems,and use the ologit model from the empirical point of view of influence the regional rural residents to urban and rural residents basic medical insurance satisfaction of various factors,in order to promote the local government to promote the improvement of the basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents.The survey results show that the difference between insurance expenses and reimbursement level shows positive satisfaction;in terms of the services provided by basic medical insurance,rural residents’ satisfaction with publicity,reimbursement process,satisfaction with medical care level,and reduction of medical expenses for medical residents.Based on the conclusion of empirical analysis,this paper mainly gives the following aspects:(1)coordinate the amount of basic medical insurance payment for urban and rural residents according to the actual situation of local rural residents’ income;(2)increase government financial input,further increase the reimbursement and the proportion of coverage of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents;(3)strengthens the publicity of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents;(4)provides more convenient reimbursement process for rural residents;(5)improve the level of local designated hospitals.
