Objective: To explore the characteristics of systemic family dynamics and parenting styles of first-onset untreated adolescent depression patients, and analyze the impact of family factors on first-onset untreated adolescent depression patients. Methods: Collect 2000 general information and clinical data of 2,000adolescents(1025 patients in the patient group and 975 in the control group)(including gender, age, whether they are only children, whether they are left-behind children, family structure);the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Systemic Family Dynamics Self-Assessment Scale(SSFD),Parental Rearing Style Evaluation Scale(EMBU)for evaluation.Using t test,chi-square test,Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and other methods, using SPSS 24.0 software for statistical analysis of the data.Results:(1)Comparing the system family dynamics self-assessment scale between the patient group and the control group, the differences in family atmosphere, personalization, disease concept, and system logic were statistically significant(P <0.01);the scale of parental rearing evaluation ofthe two groups In comparison, the differences between father and mother’s emotional warmth, severe punishment, excessive interference, refusal to deny, and father’s overprotection were statistically significant(P <0.01),and parents ’preference for subjects was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The total score of HAMD is positively correlated with family atmosphere, personalization, disease concept, and negatively correlated with system logic. The total score of HAMD is positively related to the severe punishment of the father and mother, excessive interference, refusal to deny, and excessive protection of the father;the emotional warmth of the father and mother, and the negative preference of the father for the test.(3)Taking Y1(total HAMD score)as the dependent variable, the dimensions of age, gender, whether they are only children, whether they are left-behind,the dimensions of the system family dynamics self-assessment scale, and the dimensions of the parenting style evaluation scale are Variables were subjected to multiple linear regression(stepwise method).Age,family atmosphere, disease concept, father’s excessive interference, preference for subjects, refusal to deny, excessive protection, and mother’s emotional warmth, excessive interference, and preference for subjects entered the regression equation.Conclusion:(1)The family motivation of the first untreated adolescent depression patients has problems of poor family atmosphere, low degree of differentiation, inflexible logical thinking, and negativeconception of disease; There are problems of excessive protection, excessive interference, higher punishment, higher refusal, and lower warmth in parenting styles.(2)Family atmosphere, disease concept, father’s preference for test subjects, and mother’s emotional warmth are the protective factors of the first untreated adolescent depression;father’s excessive interference, refusal of denial, excessive protection, and mother’s excessive interference, preference for test subjects are risk factors.
