| Objective To investigate the expression of Her2,EGFR and VEGFR in signet ring cell carcinoma of the stomach under different conditions and their clinical significance.Method Selected from April 2013 to March 2018 55 cases by pathological diagnosis of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma tissues, analysis of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(its ehrs-2),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF-R)express specific expression in relationship with the clinical features of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma and the relationship with the patients’ postoperative survival time.Result The positive rates of Her2,EGFR and VEGFR expression in 55 cases of signet ring cell carcinoma of the stomach were 43.64%(24/55),38.18%(21/55)and 38.18%(21/55),respectively.Correlation analysis showed that the expressions of Her2,EGFR and VEGFR were correlated with infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P < 0.05),but not with gender or age(P > 0.05).There was coexpression of Her2,EGFR and VEGFR,and the expression intensity was positively correlated. The expression of Her2,EGFR and VEGFR was correlated with the survival time of patients with signet ring cell carcinoma(P < 0.05).Conclusion The expression of Her2,EGFR and VEGFR in signet ring cell carcinoma is closely related to the TNM stage of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma. The later the stage is,the higher the positive rate of the expression of these three genes is.It was also found that the expression status of HER2,EGFR and VEGFR was related to the prognosis of signet ring cell carcinoma. |
