Clinical Observation Of Dermatitis Granule Combined With Blood-pricking Cupping Therapy In The Treatment Of Facial Hormone-dependent Dermatitis

Objective: this study party dermatitis hypothesis through randomized controlled trials to study the particles with thorn blood cupping therapy blood thermal hysteresis type indicates the curative effect of treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis,course of treatment,to demonstrate the effectiveness of the treatment of the disease,and the treatment results of correlation analysis and the mechanism of making simple,expected to come to the conclusion that a new idea of therapy in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis,and further use and promotion in clinical.Methods: 92 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group 1(30 cases),control group 2(31 cases),and experimental group(31 cases).The patients were treated with dermatitis granule internally and external therapy of prick blood cupping therapy and dermatitis granule combined prick blood cupping therapy for 4 weeks.The symptoms of the patients in the three groups before,after and after treatment were scored and the clinical efficacy was determined.Results: the correlation between the total score before treatment and the duration of external hormone was analyzed,P<0.05,indicating that the severity of the disease was positively correlated with the duration of external hormone.Before and after treatment,the score of main symptoms in the three groups was compared with that in the general evaluation group,all P<0.05,indicating that the three treatment methods had curative effect in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.After treatment,the score of main symptoms and the total score of patients in the three groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the score of main symptoms and the total score of the three groups were not all equal.Two comparison,control group 1 no statistical significance compared with the control group 2,group compared with control group 1,group 2 had statistical significance,show dermatitis joint thorn blood cupping therapy in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis is better than dermatitis of particle group,the thorn blood cupping group,dermatitis particles and sting blood cupping group no difference between the treatment curative effect in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis.The effective rate of the patients in the three groups was calculated,and the total effective rate was 83.3% in the control group.In the control group,1case was cured,11 cases showed significant effect,13 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.6%;in the experimental group,4 cases were cured,13 cases showed significant effect,12 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.5%.After pairwise comparison between groups,there was no significant difference between control group 1 and control group 2.The comparison between the experimental group and the control group 1 and 2 showed statistical significance,indicating that the effect of dermatitis granule combined with blood-pricking and cupping therapy for facial hormone-dependent dermatitis was better than that of the dermatitis granule group and the blood-pricking and cupping therapy group,and there was no significant difference in the effect of the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis between the dermatitis granule group and the blood-pricking and cupping therapy group.Conclusion :(1)the dermatitis granule treatment group,the blood-pricking cupping therapy group and the dermatitis granule combined with blood-pricking cupping therapy group have positive effects on facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.(2)the effect of dermatitis granule combined with blood stinging and cupping therapy for facial hormone-dependent dermatitis is better than that of dermatitis granule alone or blood stinging and cupping therapy;(3)the severity of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis is positively correlated with the duration of hormone use.
