Under the era of “Internet + medical”,the national key planning project is the information construction of the medical industry.In the information system of the hospital,the nursing information system is an indispensable part,which improves the clinical work efficiency and work quality of the hospital.Our institute established a cooperative relationship with Beijing Tongfang Dingxin Co.,Ltd.in 2018,and the two sides will cooperate to establish a comprehensive nursing information platform.The comprehensive nursing information platform is a platform for the integration of nursing information data resources.It is a closed-loop management of the entire nursing process.It is mainly used in the nursing department,personnel department,science and education department,and clinical nursing units of the hospital(including ICU,emergency department,PICU,NICU).,delivery room),gradually build the electronic nursing records of our hospital nursing information system,PDA next to nursing operation,nursing safety(bad)event management,nursing quality management,nursing human resource management,nursing performance evaluation,nursing teaching,nursing staff training,Nursing research,extended care service management,nursing material equipment management and other modules and standards,the comprehensive information platform for nursing ultimately needs to achieve high system integration,high data concentration,background generation of nursing plan,automatic identification of objects,real-time collection of physical signs,and control of the whole process.Care form designer,matters intelligent reminder.Through the construction of modern nursing information system,improve the quality of clinical nursing,improve the efficiency of nursing management,realize the data sharing between nursing data and hospitals and national,provincial and municipal nursing quality control centers,form the nursing information system and management mode of our hospital,and promote the application..Based on the comprehensive information platform for nursing,this paper studies the design and implementation of the comprehensive nursing system,which describes the overall business process,overall structure,application software,etc.of the system,including hospitalization,electronic nursing records,and nursing operation bedside.Business requirements,functional modules,business flow diagrams,database design for modules such as PDA,care security incident management,care quality management,nursing human resource management,and nursing staff training.The integrated nursing management system adopts the mixed system architecture of B/S and C/S,and realizes the operation and management functions of the front,middle and back of the comprehensive nursing information platform by using PB+C#+Android+ORACLE technology.
